I have a retrenchment protect policy with old mutual. I ended up getting up retrenched. I waited 6 months before claiming as my exit process was completed 6 after I took out the policy at end of November. I got all required docs and info from previous employer and submitted all to old mutual. This was done on 19 December 2025. Now allmost end of January I get messages that I need to resend docs etc. This morning I recieve email that no attachments was supposedly received. This after resending 4 times allready. I feel like I am getting the runaround and Old Mutual just does not want to pay out the benefit.
According to messages recieved my chronic medication was out for delivery on 10th of May. My medical aid was deducted on the 9th of May. It is now nearly 7 days. When enquiring I am told delivery turn around is 24-48 hours. Marara pharmacy doesn't seem to know what they are doing and this looks like a battle to recieve CHRONIC medication.
I moved my debt review over to RDMG based on what a consultant said regarding a reduced premium. I have deep regret about this decision. I managed to offset an arrears balance on 1 account. I am harassed on a daily basis by creditors. RDMG adviced that creditors have accepted restructuring. However I am contacted on a daily basis. I would not recommend this company. They ruined my life and I have more problems now than I had before
I rapported poor network coverage in an area where there always use be at least 4g reception. Now get no reception or edge. The support ticket was closed with no joy. To me this is bad
Utterly pathetic service from Vodacom fibre. It is now 2 days my fibre is down. It worked for a quarter of a day now its off again. Down now what the hell is wrong, but this is unacceptable.
I had a delivery that was supposed to arrive on 3 October. It has not. I have been in contact with Takealot and I keep getting referred to someone else and this issue is no closer to getting resolved. I am deeply disappointed with this service.
Fibre data usage is not being updated on the vodacom app nor the website. Reported this issue but seems like I am being ignored. So I will follow this route
This morning I try to pay for petrol and the transaction is declined. It is payday so funds are available. Debit orders goes through and EFTs work fine. Even at Capitec branch can't draw money and I am not the only one as other people also can not withdraw money. Second time on payday this worthless bank does this.
Vodacom can not deliver fibre to customers. 3 outtages in 1 day. I do not recommend using them
I am absolutly disgusted with the internet fibre I am recieving from Vuma and Vodacom. It is just outage after outtage. Like again now today. Disgracefull and very expensive. If you want Fibre dont go with Vodacom. Not worth it
