<p>dear sir/ madam</p> <p>i have a loyal customer of westbank financial service and i have not missed even a single payment or find my account in a areas. recently a consulted from them contacted me in conncection with my vehichle which was involved in a car accident and my insurance refused to pay as i was informed that my policy was not yet active, the car at the current moment is written off, i then told myself in will not stop paying for the car as i had an agreement with the bank.</p> <p>i am still paying for the car as agreed and decided to stop paying for the insurance as they had failed me. the bank recently contacted to say to me that i must have insurance and i explained to the consultant that the car is imobile and i dont see a need for me to have insurace, as it will have serious financial implications to me because i would be paying the insurance for free and i would not benefit from them.</p> <p>i am more than willing to continue paying my monthly installent as i was already doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>the bank send me an email to inform that if i dont provide them with the proof insurance they are going to increase my installment by adding their insurance. please help to solve this madness.</p> <p> </p> <p>kind regards</p> <p> </p> <p>T.MAPHISA</p> <p>account: ********** 2096</p> <p> </p>

The R99 rooter is a lie
<p>I am currently subscribed to telkom. Sometime last year November there was an advert on TV saying that there's a special which ends the same month of a WiFi at R99 a month. Then in December they deducted R189 and I went and enquired about it and I was told that it's for November/December and they assured me that this month it will do go to normal as discussed to my surprise they deducted R599 which I don't know what is it for. I have valid proof that my contract was supposed to be R99 a month they even gave me a hard copy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly assist me </p> <p>Themba maphisa </p>
