I once entered a competition on Twitter which this company hosted and I was not lucky enough to win. For the next 4 years they have been sending me newsletters non-stop. When I attempt to unsubscribe with the same email address they spammed me on, they say "email not found, send a mail to xyz.co.za" for example. I've done this on three different occasions and now behold, they are spamming me again not taking hede of my request to unsubscribe. So I hope this will give their ****ty marketing team a wake-up call to do one simple thing for customer service if they even know what that is!
Contacted Graco SA online regarding my 2nd hand baby glider which motor finally gave up. They assisted me so speedily and efficiently that I hardly had time to send a response before the answer is back in my mailbox. I have been referred to the correct retailer for the replacement part and I'm very impressed with their services! A+ NB: I dealt with NEELAN SUBRAYAN
I found a "Clearance Sale" on PnP Online Shopping last week, with massive discounts on alcohol. So I placed an order for 2x boxes of Teachers Highland Cream (12 bottles in a box) and found a delivery slot for Friday 01/02/2019 between 14.00 and 15.00 - FREE DELIVERY! The order was confirmed via email - attached image. Friday morning the amount was debited from my bank account but I never received an order. So yesterday I sent a tweet to @PicknPay as well as an email responding on my order confirmation enquiring when I will receive it. On Twitter they asked for my order number via private message, which I gave to them. But today they sent me a mail advising that they are processing my refund. I as a customer placed this order and paid the price as advertised and I expect to receive the goods which I ordered within the set delivery time. If this order is not fulfilled, Pick n Pay is practically guilty of false advertising on a large scale. I expect to have the goods I ordered to be delivered to my doorstep by tomorrow 06/02/2019 as Pick n Pay has already delayed their delivery by 3 working days which is pathetic. I do not want a cash refund, I want the stock I ordered and which Pick n Pay confirmed on email. I also demand regular updates on the status of this delivery up to the point that I have received it. Furthermore, I highly doubt that I or any of my close friends or relatives will be making use of the Pick n Pay Online Shopping service after this order going so horrendously wrong. Main points of concern: > No Communication > No Delivery Received > Poor Customer Service Delivery > Poor Problem Solving > Advertising Goods But Not Following Through On The Promise I would appreciate it if someone can call me directly to advise when and how this will be resolved and when I can expect to receive my goods. I am awaiting your response.
My device data dissappears and I only used about a quarter of my data this month! I get 400GB a month but now I'm sitting on 30GB THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED I'M NOT PAYING FOR 30GB DATA!
I signed up to have the installers come check if it would be possible to have internet installed at my house. they never pitched, never called me and never followed up so I went with another company. Next thing I keep getting emails with invoices demanding "payments for your account that is in arrears". I did not receive a single second of service from these IDIOTS nor any other correspondence apart from demanding money. Very very dodgy company and will suggest you NEVER even consider signing up with them. Bunch of thieves they are. I did reply on email to them to take me off the mailing list as they never installed any services for me but they blatantly ignored it and keep at it with their "invoices".

I keep getting calls from this company and it is starting to anger me as they drop their calls as soon as you pick up the phone. I will get numerous calls from them including smses annoying me for RUBBISH that I never requested and not even interested in hearing. I get calls on all three numbers registered to my name (one of which my partner uses and she did complain on social as well about this but they told her the number is not on the system. So how ON THIS EARTH can she be getting 1000s of calls and smses from DIRECT AXIS???) attached is one of my other numbers where I ended up reporting the company as spam to stop them from irritating me and interrupting my work, and thats not the worst call history even! I want to be removed from the contact system, all my email addresses, all my numbers, immediately!

I made a booking during the day of the 24/10/2017 and made the payment via EFT from Capitec to ABSA for the payment to Loot.co.za by the evening my payment has been received and started processing. But then I realised that my delivery address has not yet been updated and two very friendly agents assisted me with updating the delivery address. By 25/10/2017 my order was processed and set to be dispatched and by this morning (26/10/2017) it was already en route for delivery to me. I chose the ECO service which was expected to be sent out on the 27/10/2017 and delivered to me by 02/11/2017 but I am really surprised with the efficiency and service of Loot.co.za in conjunction with FedEx Express. Well done guys! Will definitely be returning!
<p>on 28 Nov 2016 @Vodacom had a promotion running on Twitter requiring you to Retweet their tweets containing #VCPlayEveryDay and they choose winners at random. They notified me that I have won an Alcatel Go Play on this specific day, I DM'd my details to them and no reply. Later I got a response but nothing giving me an idication of when they will deliver. In the middle of December I start asking them what's the hold up but they will reply to the person just before and just after me but COMPLETELY ignore me. Finally after bad mouthing their service they referred the matter to support @Vodacom111 who called me a few times but still the issue is not resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am being told that they have not been receiving feedback from the @vodacom department, but in the meantime people who won weeks after me are still receiving their prizes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a customer of Vodacom with two numbers, one of them a contract and I cannot believe the pathetic and ****ty service they are providing on Social Media. I am very disappointed mainly because they are ignoring me and servicing everyone else and that they are taking unreasonably long with this issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is my phone to be delivered to the adress I most recently gave them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
