I've stopped receiving sms's for when my data-bundle is about to be depleted (eg. you have 300 mb left etc) and now all I receive from you is how much my out of bundle data has cost me, because you don't even sms me when my data bundle is indeed completely depleted. I consider this as totally unethical as well as illegal, as you are charging me for a service I am not aware that I am using.
Dear TFG: You have called me 7 times today, 3 times yesterday, and about 28 times in August. Numerous times you have called me after 19:00, something you are expressly forbidden to do according to Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act. This still happens after I asked you numerous times to stop calling me. You simply continue to harass me. So I'm publicly stating now: STOP CALLING ME! I am NOT interested in your insurance, your magazines and/or anything else you are trying to sell to me via your telemarketers! You are in direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act. If you continue with this blatant harassment, I will close my account and take further steps against you!
Can someone please explain how you can charge me a monthly management fee on a Student Achiever account? There is no reference to these fees anywhere in the pricing guide, yet it went up from R5.30 for April to R19.82 for May and now it's suddenly R69.61 for June? This is absolutely unacceptable!
Standard Bank charged me R40 in banking fees for a R400 cash deposit at one of their branches, whilst it was supposed to be R15.20... How do they justify a 10% fee on a deposit?
