Good day, I am Ngoako lucas Maleka, i have taken a personal loan with standard bank, and this loan was paid up in 2019 june 06. but till today standard bank do deduct money from my account AN AMOUNT OF R947,00, i went to standard bank warmbaths ( Bela-Bela) several time and they always say they will refund me and stop the debit order to go through, till today they have done nothing. This have a bad impact on me financially. regards n. l maleka
i have a funeral policy with hollard and it matured on the 25 december 2017, i have submitted cash back claim on the 14 March 2018, and till now i have not heared anything from Hollard Claim department, someone in taht deaprtment seems to forget why are they at work. this is very unacceptable and i mean when a client skipps payment they are so fast to remind you and so fast to cancell a policy, i am so fed up. <p>ACCOUNT NO: 068 ********** 8</p> <p> </p> <p>I have paid settlemnet amount of R7800 on the 30 september 2016. and my account was debit on the 15 october 2016, and 15 november 2016 with an amount of R2200 for each month here mentioned. i went to Nedbank and phoned MFC and mfc said they will refund me the money but they never did. Even tody they are still sending debit orders each month even after i settled my account in full. this is really tiring as mFC KEEPS ON TELLING ME ONE THING THAT THEY WILL RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKES AND THEY NEVER DO. i AM VERY STRESSED AS IM NOW UNEMPLOYED AND MFC KEEPS ON SENDING SMS OF THE AMOUNT THAT THEY CLAIM I OWE THEM, I DO NOT OWE MFC ANYTHING AND I HAVE SEND THEM PROOF OF PAYMENT. ********** 744.</p>
