This is the worst service I have ever received from an ISP. Their line keeps cutting out for no reason and it's verified on that it's not our hardware. To make matters worse they never replied to the online ticket and every time you call in they have to do a full authentication again. Even if it's just to say it didn't work, try again. Seriously do you need to sit in a queue for 10-30min to be told they won't help you until you authenticate. Even if you just phone a few minutes ago.
Same... Liquidation... And this after they told me the package has arrived and they will dispatch it soon. Next they disappear.
<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a serious issue to highlight with the renewal of my car traffic licence.</p> <p>In December 2016 I phoned Stellenbosch traffic department about renewing my driver’s license to enquire where my licence needs to be renewed as I have a CEY (Strand) licence but changed my residential address to Stellenbosch with the renewal of my 2016 licence. Since my car is still registered in Gordon’s bay they informed me to go there to renew my car licence in Strand.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Saturday the 14th I went to Strand traffic department as instructed that they couldn’t assist and needed to go to Stellenbosch. I had all the right documentation and stood in the long queues just to be rejected. Though my car is registered in WC my home address is in Stellenbosch. I explained to the manager on call that Stellenbosch sent me here. His answer was I should go to my old residential address and ask them for a copy of their proof of address. This shocked me immensely as this would be fraud. I don’t live there anymore. I refused so they told me to go back to Stellenbosch again.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 28th of January I went to Stellenbosch (Saturday) at 9am. They refused me because they don’t handle renewals over the weekend. But I work Monday for Friday so I can’t. I explained it to the traffic warden on call. She was unsympathetic. It was my problem and Stellenbosch was not going to help. There was no manager to talk to and I simple had to take unpaid leave to come do this during the week.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also tried renewing online and that also didn’t work.</p> <p> </p> <p>So after multiple failed attempts and no help or assistance from any of the traffic departments I no refuse to try again. <p>Worst travel experience and service ever</p> <p>REF : 01/274/17</p> <p>Waiting at the bus station and got an SMS that the bus has been delayed for an unknown amount of time. I called the help line and they confirmed that the bus broken down and they would need to send a replacement. They also couldn't give me an idea when the new bus weeks arrive. 1-5 hours?</p> <p>I had to get to my distinction on time so i asked if they can't help me. They said I would need to cancel and get another service.</p> <p>I did this and then requested a refund. Mpho Mabote (refunds) then told me I would only get 80% back. Now I asked before I cancelled I'd there would be issues and the service person said no.</p> <p>Now I have to pay greyhound for the inconvenience they caused me and misinformation. This is totally unacceptable. Further more my emails are just ignored.</p> <p>I have now used greyhound twice and both times they bus broken down.</p> <p> </p> <p>Use another service, they are cheaper and on time</p>
