I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received regarding my vehicle. My car is currently waiting for parts that need to be ordered from the manufacturer through West Vaal Audi Centre. The vehicle has been waiting for these parts for over a month, and to date there is still no ETA provided. A few days ago, I sent an email to the team requesting an update on the expected delivery timeline, as this situation has already been ongoing for a long time. Unfortunately, even after four days, no one has responded to my email or provided any form of feedback. This level of communication and customer care is extremely disappointing and not what I expected from a brand like Audi. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I am currently paying for a new vehicle that I cannot use, and this has now been going on for close to two months. As a customer, I expect transparency, proper communication, and a reasonable effort to resolve this matter. At the very least, I should be provided with a clear update and ETA on the parts required to repair my vehicle.
Dear Standard Bank Home Loans Team, I raising a concern regarding my bond account, which was financed with Standard Bank in 2015. At the time of purchase, I paid 60% of the property value in cash and app**** for bond financing to cover the remaining balance. To my shock and deep disappointment, when I recently contacted your offices to confirm the current balance, I was informed that records show I have only paid R50,000 towards the bond. This information is both distressing and unacceptable, as it does not align with my payment history or the terms of the financing arrangement. After nearly ten years, I would expect the bond balance to reflect a significant reduction.I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this discovery. Kind regards, Mamorena Morena

On the 5th of December 2016 DSTV contacted me telling me that I owe them and I should make the payments asap. With my knowledge I always make sure to pay my DSTV every 25th of the month to avoid my service of being disconnected and paying extra to reconnection fee. I spoke to Superintendent to advise which month did I miss payments on so I can send them proof of payment. They advised I missed a payment on December 2015 that is 12months later they picked up that skipped a payment. I then provide DSTV with prove of payment which was send to Sharleen. After sending the proof of payment no one called me to give me an update, only to find out one morning without any warning with my service disconnected. I then call them back furiously and they told me to forward again proof of payment for feb 2016, which I did but this kept on going each week with a different supervisor cause every single supervisor kept ignoring my emails.

I have been in contact with the below supervisor and none of them have come back to me to check if my issue has been resolved.

1-Sharlene.Kekana

2-Clint Schoeman

3-Tinyiko.ngobemi

4-Rebecca Lesito

5-Zithulele Ngcobo

6-Nombuso.zungu

P.S THIS IS EXLUDING THE CALL CENTER URGENTS.

Kept on getting msgs that I need to pay the 5000 to 1000 which doesn’t make sense at all.
