The staff at Best Before Northcliff are just the best! Especially Tasmeera! They treat their customers like family. They let me know about specials etc. I will always support them!!
I took out a new 24 month contract, with a set price of R1099 a month, and now they say my bill is R1219! I have spoken to so many people at Dstv, and they all said that it would get fixed, but my account still says R1219. I don't even know what to do anymore!! No one is helping me!! 😡
They have such a big variaty of everything, and I bought both my daughters' birthday presents from Snatcher, and they absolutely love it! The customer service is also great!
I would never recommend MTN to ANYONE in SA!! I have never experienced such extremely bad customer service, and I've never had to fight with any other company that I've had contracts with, as in ALL the time I've had the contract with MTN. Does MTN ever look at Hello Peter?! I just quickly looked at other MTN reviews, and they are all terrible! I wish we could just get someone who can actually help us, to phone us back!!
I only ever put petrol in my car at Engen, Delfi motors, in Randburg. The service there is outstanding, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. When I have a bad day, I can just stop there and they will make my day better. I wish the whole of SA can learn from them!! This is definitively my favourite garage in the whole world!
I just love how quickly they deliver my orders! And I have placed quite a bit of orders already. Love it! :)
I have never had to struggle with any company like I have been struggling with MTN! For the last year!! The service is absolutely pathetic. No one can actually help you. I am seriously considering going to to the news papers and Facebook with the poor service I have been getting from them.
MTN cut my services, because they said I short paid on my last statement, even though I paid the exact amount that was on my statement and invoice. I had to call the call center, and hold on there for ever, and then also had to go into a store to sort this out. It turned out MTN sent me the wrong amount on my statement. My contract had expired, and I am now on a month to month basis. I even phoned them to find out why the amount was less than usual, and they told me that my device was paid in full, and I will just pay for data usage now. I told the lady at MTN that I am SO TIRED of MTN making mistakes, and us, the consumers, have to struggle to get their issues sorted out!! I am going to cancel my contract and go on pay as you go! I cannot handle this incompetence!

I was so pleasantly surprised when I updated my details after getting a job after being retrenched earlier this year, when Outsurance actually reduced my monthly premium!! I thank God that I can say that I've been claim free for years, but I also LOVE the claim free bonus that I receive!! 😄
