I had a terrible experience with Grass Experts. The team rushed the entire job for the installation of 149m2 of LM Berea, leaving the grass tiles poorly stitched together with visible gaps. They also used a clay-based top dressing and rolled it directly into the lawn, which resulted in thick, clumped patches of hardened clay on the surface. The lawn was left bumpy and uneven, and I had to spend significant time and effort fixing their mistakes. I would not recommend Grass Experts to anyone looking for quality workmanship.
<p>The following events reflect service recieved from CK Coachworks:</p> <p> </p> <p>I booked my car in for a door replacement at CK Coachworks (Estimate time to repair 3 to 7 working days) I collected my vehicle from this CK Coachworks yesterday (28 Feb 2017) at approximately 17h30 (5 working days <strong>over</strong> the estimated 7 day repair time). This was a major inconvenience which I reported in the service rating sheet at hand over.</p> <p> </p> <p>To add salt to the wound, I drove my vehicle into work the next morning and heard a rattling noise coming from the rear end of the vehicle. I opened the boot and lifted the spare wheel compartment to discover that my spare tyre had been STOLEN whilst my vehicle was in the care of CK Coachworks!! CK Coachworks has not only created an image of poor service delivery but also damaged its reputation of trust and honesty.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be notifying my insurance company of this outrageous event and pathetic service. I requested that CK Coachworks replace my stolen spare tyre and indicate how they intend on addressing this complaint.</p> <p>I certainly regret selecting this establishment for my repair.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>A very dissapointed and disgusted customer</p>
<p>Hi,</p> <p>I entered into a contract with MTN via MTN Direct on the 20.01.17. My phone was successfully delivered and received on the 24.01.17. To receive the device and sim card, I provided my proof of residence and copy of ID to RTS delivery service.</p> <p>My number was ported from vodacom to MTN last night 26.01.17 but now I have no service at all. When I dial 173 it indicates that my number is rica barred. </p> <p>MTN service is clearly not up to scratch. There procedures and protocols are not transparent to customers making simple tasks frustrating and time consuming. I'd say a rather dissapointing contract start with this new network provider.</p>
