This is the worst ISP in SA. They have no customer service whatsoever and they make cancelation as difficult an expensive as possible.
Extremely unreliable. It is not even 1 star worth. I ordered an item to the value of R5000.00 2 months ago. I was then informed that delivery would only happen in March (this was never revealed during the ordering process) I have cancelled my ordered immediately, but have never received a refund after numerous emails. I am now considering a legal remedy against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Submitted a claim a week ago. Despite TWO written enquiries about progress, nor response. Only after threatening Dotsure with cancellation of their policy, we received a very weak response.
<p>I have endured repeated call drops, bad attitudes and lies from neraly every dept. of Vodacom while attempting to upgrade an existing contract between 0127 Jan 2017.</p> <p>However, when I eventually made contact with Riaz, everything changed. My upgrade was sucesfully completed, and he even (highly extraordinarily from Vodacom) gave me his email should I need more assistance.</p> <p>Thank Riaz</p>
