The claims personnel looks for every reason not to approve your claim in contravention of the actual policy benefits. They do outcome letters with "copy and paste" from other outcome letters where information does not apply to your case. Even a task that a grade 5 pupil can do.
Uber Eats have used my credit card for unauthorised purchases 2 months ago and now AGAIN after my blocking my first card & having a reissue of another card. I have used Uber Drive ONLY with these card details and NEVER used Uber Eats at any time. It is common sense that these *****ulent transactions are undertaken by members employed at Uber (Drive or/and Eats). Prove me wrong ! They do not have a designated customercare contact number.... I trust my bank's ***** department will bring the culprits to book.

On 03/10/2023 I visited this store to check whether I qualified for an upgrade on my business contract with Vodacom. It was confirmed by the 2 ladies in store that I did in fact qualify for the upgrade. I was having an issue with my cellphone so I requested 2 quotations to be emailed to me as obviously I was not contactable on my cellphone. Having given my email address which was noted in writing I had left the store as I had other business matters to attend to. It is now 6 days since visiting the store and to date no quotations have been received. It is clear that the staff in this store are incompetant and non-committed to the demise of the owner of the store & customers.
THIS ORGANISATION HAS UNCOUTH AND UNQUALIFIED PERSONNEL WORKING FOR THEM IN SA. EVERY MONTH FOR THE PAST 24 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF THEM NOT SENDING OUT MONTHLY INVOICES BUT HAVE THEIR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT EMAIL LETTERS OF DEMAND. WHEN THEY CALL YOU AFTER MONTHS FOR YOUR CONCERNS THEY JUST DROP THEIR CALLS RUDELY.
When a cellphone or laptop stops working all hell breaks loose for many of us. At a time of need in this space it is highly critical to source out the correct people to assist with these. I must take this opportunity to sincerely thank Sunny at NR CELLULAR for his honesty, knowledge, caring attitude & very cost effectiveness to assist customers. Whilst I was at his store I witnessed many happy customers return for his assistance once again. This is a testimony to his good character. I will always refer to him for his assistance & can highly recommend him to the public without a shadow of doubt. HERES WISHING YOU CONTINUED SUCCESS IN YOUR BUSINESS SUNNY!!!
For over the past year their billing department has failed to send me my invoices and continues to do so yet their collections department timeously sends out arrear notifications for the incorrect amounts. As a communication company they fail to communicate with customers but just sends out demanding emails. Sickening and incompetent people working for this company.
I am a customer with this company for the past 2 years with a Builders store card. I noticed an irregular entry on my statement wherein their billing department has debited my account for an amount of R2 165.50. Numerous telephone calls and emails were done requesting an explanation and a reversal of this transaction. Each time I have spoken to different personnel at RCS who promised to attend to this but have failed hopelessly. It is clear that one department has no idea of what the other departments client interactions are. Their customer care department was also copied on all emails sent but was returned as their mailbox was full. This is a clear evidence that many customers have concerns or issues that they are not happy with. The staff have no commitment to customer care & satisfaction and some of them seem unfamiliar with their own business processes. Various promises were made to call back with a resolution to NO AVAIL. WHAT A DISGRACE !!!
I have been harassed periodically for over a year for an arrear amount. Each time I addressed this by way of requesting proof of how this has come about the collections department chose to ignore this only to demand this again & again & again.................. If their claim was justified & proved to be correct then why was my service not interrupted. It is frustrating for them to put this request on hold for a few months and to continue to demand this payment again, again & again......... I have requested them to reconcile their records from 2018 when a fraudulent contract was done on my account. Their fraud department took 6 months to resolve this much to my frustration as my bank account was being debited for amounts that I was not liable for and my bank advised me that the debit order could not be cancelled by them but by Vodacom only and all and sundry at Vodacom failed hopelessly to communicate the events of this fraudulent transaction being reversed in spite of being in the communication industry. ABSOLUTELY PATHETHIC !!!!!
The staff are never willing to assist. I was at the premises last week. I heard a conversation between a customer and a staff member who I assumed was the branch manager. The customer requested that he contact customer services for some assistance. I clearly heard him say that customer services do not answer the telephone to which the customer answered that when she called customer services they did answer the telephone. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN !!!!!!
