In Dec 25 I ordered items but there was insufficient stock and they refunded my money. So I decided to try them again Feb 26 and they exceeded my expectations, they delivered as they promised. The item was superb. Could not be happier, and I am glad that I decided to give them another chance as I believe in supporting local. Well done to Braai Plank, and thank you for my item
I have an active claim that is in its 4th week and I have no contact with Iwyze and neither do they communicate with me. I have Iwyze app that has a function to click "follow up on my claim" but it does not work, it always has an error message. Also on the app, there is a section to request a call back. when I enter my details, I have to wait almost 48 hours before someone actually speaks to me. I have escalated my claim "supposedly"4 times and yet it is still not finalised. I have called the call centre number, and clicked to follow up on a claim, and there is only one department the car claims department, I can't speak to anyone or be transferred to deal with my claim as it is building or house claim. Therefore I have no means of communicating with Iwyze, I have tried everything. I have advised them of this and still nothing has been done to improve the service.
I'm disgusted by what Jane did to me? The manner by which she tried to sell me MTN'S product I never said that I wanted to buy it. Jane said that she was going to email me the details and that it will cost me R39.99 per month and then said goodbye. That's when I shouted at her saying that I never agreed to that and that I didn't want anything from mtn as she tried to defraud me into signing up for something I did not. I asked to speak to a supervisor or team leader and then she hung up on me. I tried to call her back on the number she called me but it did not work. I did not get the email she promised which had all her details on it. I'm fuming and disgusted by that service and the manner by which they tried to hoodwink you into signing up for something you did not agree to
