I don't even know what to say but USELESS USELESS USELESS! I haven't even dealt with them but now i am receiving sms's and emails for Final Demand before court dates and i don't know what else. I have sent MILLIONS of emails TOGETHER WITH proof from IT-departments SHOWING that it was NOT me who "applied" for the loan and my common sense just tells me that IF I DID apply for the loan... WHERE IS THE MAGICAL MONEY then. Are the ANYONE with savvy working at Lifestyle Legal who can assist me via email PLEASE!!!!!!
How long does it take to send me statements on my accounts? I have been asking and mailing since January and still nothing! Then when i phoned today the lady i spoke to at call center "suggested" that i go to a branch - what happened to emailing statements??? ALL I WANT IS MY STATEMENTS PLEASE
