After service care is horrible. You are billed VERY expensively for a service that you NEVER receive. Firstly we ordered toner for our printer which is included in our service contract. They were out of stock for more than a week, then the next excuse was, the courier is delivering it which is another week. And yet another week we are STILL waiting. (Apparently being in the same city doesn't help them to deliver) Not only do we need to phone them to follow up they also do not even keep to their commitments made. VERY unreliable. They lock you into an agreement and then don't even deliver on their terms. Don't even bother yelling or screaming they are still just as useless! The best of all they cost my business money and loss of contracts but they very diligently collect their fee every month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered my Christmas shopping from takealot. Upon checking out I checked the delivery date to ensure it will be in time for Christmas and the site confirmed delivery but 22nd. Once my payment was taken the date suddenly changed to the 27th at which point I contacted and complained. My order was split and a commitment made to follow up on the rest and the date reverted back to the 22nd. NOW yesterday I get a message some of my items have been cancelled and now the date is 2nd January!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I order specific items for my children and concluded my transaction based on their commitment and now the goal posts just seems to keep moving!! How does this happen??????? Worst service!!! Worst provider!!!! Thank you for ruining Christmas for little kids. Job well done Grinch!
The is how a large institution helps people in crises. Due to financial difficulties my medical aid was paid late but paid nonetheless. Benefits are active. But now both my children are sick and needs to be admitted to hospital but dear old discovery wants to do an 8 hour investigation to decide whether they will authorize the admission. Or maybe 7 days. I am sitting in emergency going for day 2 waiting for them to decide. All my policies are with discovery but this how you are treat in a pandemic and a crises
Horrible service. I took FNB funeral plan for my staff was promised 24-48hr payout and good service. FNB only give service as long as you don't actually need them but they are very happy taking your money every month. Claim was lodge on 26Nov only after we had to phone and yell was it given to an assessor on the 27th. Again WE had to phone on the 28th after 48hrs only got promises. Now its the 30th 4 DAYS AFTER CLAIM still no payment. NOW I HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO MY STAFF WHY SHE CAN'T PAY FOR HER MOTHER'S FUNERAL. With such a loss. FNB DISGUSTING!!!!!
I need to vent my frustration with Sizwe medical scheme. When I joined I was placed under a waiting period for my thyriod, which is understandable. In February this year I was admitted to hospital due to complications with my pregnancy. While in hospital the doctor tested my thyriod for good measure but I was not admitted for my thyriod. So logic stands to reason Sizwe can reject the blood test based on the waiting period but still pay the hospitalisation which had nothing to do with my thyriod. Apparently Sizwe does not possess this logic. The overall bill is just over R7000 for the hospitalisation. Best of all at that time I was paying well over R9000 every month which is more than the hospital bill. I have fighting this issue since I received an account from the hospital in July. Still NO PAYMENT, NO SERVICE!!!!
<p>I had an ABSA personal loan. Which I settled in November last year. Now this loan still reflects on my credit report as outstanding. I queried it with one bureau who removed it but this process take 20 working days i.e a month to resolve. All ABSA has to do is send the instruction to all 3 bureaus to remove the loan and that takes 3-7 days. Because is still reflects on my name at the other bureaus and it will take another 2 months to queries each of these where it is simple if ABSA just did their job 5 months ago!!!!!!! And for the record I did request this to be done at the time and again sisnce then and I have the emails as proof but the bureaus say they have had not contact from ABSA.</p>
<p>Mweb is my internet provider. They insisted that they manage our line and we agreed. Now we have a fault on our Telkom line and our internet has been down for the past 3 days. Now mweb logged the call to Telkom and now I told I have to wait 7 to 10 working days. Not days, WORKING days!!!!!! Any logical person can understand that is death for any business. Now all mweb does every day is explain process to me and say it is impossible to help. Just one of those things so shut up and wait!!!! And every time I get madder and they get ruder. How is it that neither provider cant do anything to assist but hey they are quick to want your money every month!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>I had an account from Standard bank that was handed over to Macrobert Attorneys</p> <p>In November I got a settlement amount and paid the account in full and closed the account.</p> <p>After getting message after message from MBD attorneys I called MBD and found that the same account was given to them . I refuse to pay the same amount and to settle the account AGAIN. I send through the proof of payment for the account that was with Macrobert. After explaining and explain and even talking to a team leader at MBD ,I am STILL being harassed for a matter that has been settled!</p>
