So very disappointed with the work from Wefix. They fixed my iPhone screen and now I can’t see anything on the screen with my sunglasses on! When asked they just said it is not original iPhone screen! Why not tell a person prior!!!!!! But know I guess you just want the money! Will never use you again and will tell all who want to listen!
We got a Delonghi bean to cup machine last year July, the grinder isnt working so we took it in, I've not seen such poor client service in a while, the staff were uninterested, most of them were on their phones, and eventually we checked the machine in, other than an initial sms about receiving the machine we never heard another word. Almost 4 weeks later we got a call to say machine is ready, when i got there the machine looked like it fell off a truck somewhere. We delivered the machine to Dion Wired clean, in it's original packaging. From the box to the machine it looked like it was dragged through a bush, it was dirty, not in its packaging and nobody knew why, or what was done, no job card, or job info, and only once I called the manager did someone help, and once again when we took the machine home, the machine was still broken, doing the exact same thing when we took it in. We took it back, and still again NO word from them, even after i called to enquire with a promise to call me, still nothing. I wonder if Delonghi will be happy to know that this is what goes on! No no no, not happy and will never purchase from Dion wired again. We are still waiting and no feedback whatsoever!!!!! You guys can go learn from Makro And after all this we are now still waiting for our coffee machine which has now taken over 2 months AND to top it all off it took them a week to in store test our machine before sending it again to get fixed! Poor service does it begin to describe how we feel will ow also take this to twitter and other social media! Rubbis how you treat your customers

This is the second pair of Holster shoes i bought that fell apart with in the first 2 years of owning them. I hardly wear this new pair and it is broken already. They are really expensive and not worth it, i will NEVER again buy any of their shoes.
To be ripped off as a South African by a South African is the absolute lowest of lows. I will never set foot at this place again. Disgusting and we will tell everyone who wants to listen on how you stole money from us at your gate. I wish there was a zero star rating because that is what you deserve Ronald Naidoo and Dawn! Ripping off your own people and ruining my 50th birthday. South Africans be warned this place will make you pay 300 rand for something that cost 76.
I am very upset this morning, after buying a Sensai/Kanebo mascara for top dollar (R460) I used it this morning, SAD TO SAY the product was below standard, MASCARA 38°C (SEPARATING & LENGTHENING) did not do what it promised or even looked like i had mascara on, I was on layer 3 before it even looked like i had mascara on, I buy this product purely because i can't use anything at the moment that rubs off when hot, so I assumed for top dollar at least the product would be of good standard, NO NO NO, sad and will not support this brand again, will also be sure to share my experience with all who want to listen
<p>our first big purchase from @Home, has been hell from the moment we bought a king size headboard. After informing us on day of purchase 10 June, that we would be contacted withint 7 days to arrange delivery, we waited 3 weeks, with no call, I then called @Home, they informed me they are deliverying the following Monday, i asked with whom did they arrange that as we both work, and nobody checked with us if someone would be home, they then said, ok they will deliver on a day the maid is there, the next Thursday, and off cause they didnt pitch, i called again, they said nobody told them to deliver, can they deliver the Monday, and i had to again say, NO, only days the maid is there, we made arrangements.</p> <p>The delivery took place and once i called to ask the maid, she said they delivered, but let it in the passage, why didnt they call me to confirm where i wanted it? i was furious, but we carried on.</p> <p>Now today when we wanted to put the sides on the headboard, we opened the zip only to find the very thin chipbaord cracked at the back, and broken!!! The zip on the other side broken! This was NOT a cheap purchase, i'm horrified! POOR service and even worst quality! I want a refund and please come get this piece of junk! WE will never purchast anything from @Home again!</p>
<p>I bough some shoes from Queenspark Gateway Friday last week with a gift card from Gateway Shopping Centre. They ordered the shoes for me from Galleria shopping centre as they didnt have my size. Turns out it was the wrong shoe they sent and upon me returning the shoe they refused to give me a refund. The manager lady spoke very poorly to me, and asked me in a condesending tone, WHY i used the gift card at Queenspark, really! Both the manager and the cashier were disgustingly rude to me and i will never shop there again. Sadly i am now lumped with a gift card from the shop as they refused to give me the money back. disgusting, i was so upset, and will tell everybody about their rudeness and will never shop there again. i am also in customer service industry, and i would never have spoken to my clients they way they did, even if they thought they were right and i was wrong. if that store is not doing well, i know why.</p>
