I received a message of settlement of credit card a month ago, I paid and settled the amount. I sent POP to which a gentleman by the name of Clement Baloyi acknowledged. I then proceeded to ask for clearance letter from the bank and was told by him that the bank will send to them between 7-14 days. Since then there was no communication, it’s over a month now I’m mailing them daily to no response even the lady that was always on the correspondence by the name of Jenna is not saying anything. All I want is for a clearance letter to sort out my messy life regarding ITC. I’m very unhappy and disappointed, I thought they would handle this in a professional manner.
I’m so disgusted and frustrated by their service. I paid my monthly premium fine. Firstly they took forever to allocate the debit, secondly days after they finally located the debit I’m still disconnected. No feedback nor communication from them. Their customer service is only on WhatsApp which they never answer. They keep on giving different passwords that don’t even work. Like I’m out of ways on how to communicate with them. Worst service ever, if you want headac and stress use their Wi-Fi.

I’m so ****ed off with Discovery. I’m being told that I can’t be able to downgrade to Keycare I must wait for March!!! Like how am I suppose to pay my premium being unemployed. I’ve explained the situation to them and even gave supporting documents and now 10 days before I’m told I can’t downgrade???!!! And I’m on chronic. Discovery is the pits
FNB Connect will sell you dreams guys. I don’t know how many times I’ve been complaining about the false advertising they do in order for you to use their network. At first I was told that my salary was not getting in their account of which I’ve changed back to them so that I can get the dreams they’ve sold me of free 60 minutes airtime, data and smses which even now I’m not getting. To top it all you can’t top up if you’ve got no money in your account. My fellow South Africans please don’t believe the lies they tell you about free things and stick to your networks. I’m honestly porting back to vodacom and my salary to Nedbank. I can’t do this anymore. It’s very frustrating honestly.
FNB connect is the pits. They are scams. Always promising you lies so that you port to them. Whoever is reading this don’t fall for the trap.
FNB connect sell us dreams. When I ported to it they promised my free allocation on the 15th month but shuuu, you’ll be taken from pillar to post when you report that. Worst mistake I’ve ever done ported.
I’m so annoyed and frustrated with a bank that I’ve been using donkey years ago. On the 11th June 2020 I’ve deposited cash into my account using a netbank atm in New Market Mall. I got a receipt with an error that my money has been retained and I should go to the branch or call their customer service. I’ve been calling ever since to check the status of the call logged with my airtime and I’m not winning. I’ve never been this inconvenienced in my life like now. Everyday I call to check up on the status of the query but I’m not getting any help.
Firstly my problem is that since the school opened the Grade 9A kids have not been taught Afrikaans or been in an Afrikaans class. There is nothing on their time table, secondly their English teacher doesn't teach as expected, kids are falling behind. Thirdly the Principal Mr Stoltz had an altercation with one of the parents and he mentioned that "That's the reason he hate blacks". How are our kids suppose to study and learn in that kind of environment? It is not healthy for our kids to experience this hate. Someone please help me to get through this across.
I am so disappointed and annoyed by the FNB consultants that take me from pillar to post regarding verification of my new phone. First consultant hanged up on me and the other one told me to go to the branch. I mean how am i suppose to go to the branch while i have online and cellphone banking just to verify my new mobile? How disgusting is it that i have to finish my airtime and take my time to go sit in the long ques at the branch. I am so living this bank, i am gatvol. FNB is trash and their consultants
