Extremely poor service. Requested to transfer a private account to a business account. We gave Vox more than enough time to act on our request. Our business line should have been activated from the 1st July 2025. On the 1st August our line was disconnected and till now the problem has not been resolved. Not even after calling in 22 times since Friday morning.
After writing a review on the 3 January 2024 about their poor service you would have though that Cell C would have attended and resolved the problem. But NO. I still have not received my upgrade phone. Each time you call in you are told a new bunch of lies. I requested that a manager call me so that this problem can be resolved. I am still waiting for a manager to call me. The upgrade was done on the 23rd November 2023. So once again I am requesting a SENIOR manager call me to resolve the issues.
On Thursday 23rd November a consultant named Pauline from Cell C call me and informed me that my contract can be upgraded as a Black Friday Special. After agreeing to the new contract and listening to all the T&C's she promised that I would receive my new phone and watch either on Friday the 24th November or the latest 27th November. I am still waiting for my phone. After calling Cell C on numerous occasioned and receiving numerous reference numbers, 3121900581, 3122000757,3122100685, 3121801931, 3122200591, 3122200742, 312200878, 312201083, 3122300196. Each time I call and request to speak to a manager they are either on the phone or in a meeting and the consultant promise that the manager will call me back. What a load of BS!!! Cell C just don't care. I eventually found out that the deal they offered me was discontinued due to no stock. Then why was I offered this deal???? Not happy at all and await a call from senior Cell C manager.
It is impossible to get hold of someone who you can speak to. You must either send a WhatsApp or email. If you send a WhatsApp the message gets read but no one come back to you. All I am looking for is an instruction manual. Is that so hard to supply as there were none in the boxes.
<p>Before ordering their Bluetooth speaker I phone them to confirm the specification of the device. The information received telephonically was not correct. When the Bluetooth speaker arrive ( a week later than expected) I noticed that what it was not up to spec as per our telephonic conversation. I then returned the unit and requested a refund including the courier costs as I had been misled. I am still waiting for the courier cost to be paid back. I will never recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy.</p> <p> </p>
