Debit Order not changed
I have called and emailed my request request to change my banking details on the13/6/2017, this request however went into a black hole and nothing was done about it. On the last day of August , Bonitas tried to debit the old bank account account and there was not sufficient funds in that account and the bank has charged all unpaid fees. If only my email request was amended this would not have happen. I am tried of Bonitas and currently shopping around for another medical Aid. I have ben with them for over 8 years.

wow wow great service
<p>After a terrible experiences with standard bank i decided to go into FNB and open an acount and transfer my banking. Very impress with the staff level of service , most helpful and friendly. Im also totally impressed with the service fee structure , this will be saving me a fortune every month. THANK YOU FNB.</p>

disappointed and disguised with there business ethics
<p>standard bank is totally gone to the DOGS. nobody know what is what to do. Unqualified staff from consultants right through to credit.</p>

Totally Unhappy
<p>Olivetti the service is pathetic. No one returns calls . Email to directors and no response. Wondering if there is any human contact on the other side. Machine always troubling. When we Do get a service consultant to come in , they make it seem as if un configured the machine. We are in education not IT. Please help someone i really need to get another company to service.</p>

complaint Poor Service
<p>My numerous enquiries in respect of my personal account over the past 3 days as elicited no response from the branch and call centre.</p> <p>This non response, non resolution has impacted negatively on the daily operational issues around my personal and business matters and as impeded the payment and debits in respect of the acount. </p> <p>I am seeking urgent resolution to the communication crisis withe the Standard Bank.</p> <p>I am now wanting to move my account to another financial instuition which is very upsetting seeing that I was employed by standard bank for over 15 years. </p>
