Would not recommend Thier service as they do not reply to emails and on WhatsApp they are helpful but only to a certain extent
good day last year i moved into a new flat in Benoni on moving in we noticed there was a fiber connection installed my brother recommended webafrica as he was using their services i went online on my mobile to register and signup with webafrica ,i kept getting kicked out while trying to signup because of network signal witch resulted in getting a message from webafrica flagging me as fraud. my wife then went online and proceeded to do an application at the time we were using one account where both our salaries were going into. then we received 2 routers from webafrica one in my name and one in my wife i contacted them and returned the one that was in my wife name to the office in sandton and was given proof of the return and was assured they would not bill me for it but the debit order was still being put through for both accounts on the 25th when i told them we get paid on the last day of the month i contacted them via whatsapp because the billing department does not reply to my emails the consultant on whatsapp told me she cannot change the debit order date i asked her to get the billing department to contact me via email or to call me she said it has been logged till now they have not contacted me i have maid a payment of R748.00 which i was told by the consultant is the outstanding amount on the account. Now i am getting emails telling me i have 4 days to return the router or i will be billed R999 for it and R1999 for lte and the router will become my property i have sent numerous emails in respond to this and to change the debit order date as i have to pay the charges to webafrica and my bank due to webafrica debiting my account on the wrong date please assist me thank you darryl
I worked for ram couriers for 1 and a half years i was very happy there when my wife got a job in johannesburg i asked for a transfer from cape town they came back to me and said there was no job for me in johannesburg so i had to resign hr told me they would do all my paper work for my leave and provident fund but that was the case when I got to johannesburg i contacted the barganing council to ask when my leave was getting paid out and was told i will have to come in and and sort it out i went in to joburg cbd had to do the application myself thats when i decided to phone ram to find out if they applied for my provident to be paid out and was told i would receive my money end of jan on the 25th of january 2019 i phoned momentum to find out how far my claim was and was told they would send me an email and i was to follow the steps to resign from the fund at the end of the tutorial i was told that they would pay out in 26days so why have an hr department if they dont do their work if they had told me on the 28th of november when i resigned that i would have to do everthing myself i would have done it before i left cape town now momentum is also giving me the run around for my money which was deducted from my salary.
<p>I worked for princeton security for two daysin february 2017 at the one and only hotel in the waterfront for two days i was asked by mellisa blackenberg to return the ear piece and tie and payment will be maid for the two days that the end of feb no money was paid to me end of march i contacted her again she told me she spoke to her director and he said he would pay the money and asked if i can come and see him i told mellisa i cant cause i was working she told me she would pass on the message and till today have not recieved payment for the work </p>
<p>About two months ago iwrote a review on absa for my provident fund which i filled out forms in october 2016 and i have still not heard anything or recieved my money from them very poor service </p>
<p>Good day in october last year i submitted my provident fund withdrawl papers to absa i was told it will take up to six weeks to process i have not recieved any feedback from them up to today i have sent emails asking for an update but no one responds to my emails it is not like it is millions of rands they have to pay out. </p> <p>thank you </p> <p>darryl</p>
