Mweb is totally useless and their operations are pathetic. Left many call backs on their system, but no one ever phones you . you cant even reply to the emails they send to you. don't think this is how you should be dealing with any company, imagine have trouble and trying to get hold of someone. If i could give Mweb a 0 i would, thats the amount of effort received
My card had a fraudulent activity on at 3 am and the next day it was stopped by FNB very quickly and great service.But cancelling the card and requesting a new card seems to be a mission. After 4 phone calls all different weeks spending more than 20 mins per call on the line i still dont have the card replacement.
this is a one man show and the guy does 3D printing of the parts you need. He then print wrong sizes and doesnt respond to your emails. Ordered a part and got it after many emails and payment and to realize the size is incorrect.
TWT Benoni jacques was such a helpful person today when my car battery died and sending his people to come and install a new battery without a call out fee. great service as well really caring and helping.
Received a call on 9/1/2019 - 10:26 in order to upgrade my account when the operator quoted me on a R109 contract for 2GB + R165 airtime a month. Confirming this a few times i was told this is my new balance. Received another call on 21/1/2019 stating the upgraded contract was never submitted and they cannot give me what the operator Siabonga ( ref - 1/ ********** ********** ) promised. they now want to offer R169 for airtime only. With an arrogant operator i demanded to speak to the supervisor and he gave the phone to his friend (Emmanuel) who pretended to be a supervisor and said he will contact me to investigate. which he never did. Obviously Vodacom doesnt care about their clients.
Ordered a watch on Catch of the day and 9 days later still no tracking on the system after phoning them and saying it will be delivered tomorrow 30 November it is still no here. really sad that I have to phone them to ask where my parcel is after it being late and then to be promised it will be delivered the following day and it not done.
got an approval from ABSA which was great as they were the best in the field but since getting my first statement trouble began. so there is a password on my statement and I cannot access it, phoned the home loans department and spoke to Siyabonga Lupindo who tried to assist me but I told him the password is still not working. He asked for the screen shots to be emailed to him. All done he does not reply to my email, after the 3rd request and emailing him I phoned again speaking to Lesli-Ann Micheal who said she will assist me. After 3 days with no reply as she said it might take up to 48 hours, which I don't understand why as I just need my statement password. I replied to the same mail box first time where I originally received the email from and after 3 mails sent and no reply at all I have gotten no-where. pathetic to be honest. id rather pay more and have a proper service delivered
So this is my 3rd complaint about the SAME thing whereby Vodacom is deducting all my airtime on “ internet usage”. I don’t even understand how as especially this week I removed most of my Apps including facebook. My contract states that airtime cannot be deducted for internet usage and as per my previous conversation with a controller at Vodacom, he stated that he had changed the settings so it doesn’t happen again. Well guess what….AGAIN I have to sit without ANY Airtime or Any DATA and trying to phone someone yesterday I came to realize there are no money on my account. In an emergency situation what would have happened?? Vodacom breaching contract. Previous 2 complaints Vodacom refunded me with 1GB of data but now this is getting too much. I cant go every second month with this same situation and be refunded data. This has been breach of contract and I am taking this to the ombudsman
<p>i am currently on a Vodacom top up contract receiving airtime only. i am mostly connected to wifi and i load Data for times om not connected to the wifi but upon checking my balance yesterday most of my airtime disappeared and after giving Vodacom a call at 13:36 i was told they will charge me R2 per Megabyte.</p> <p>That is ridicilous!!! which means for 1gig they will charge you R2000, more than uncapped wifi.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is not the first insedent i have with vodacom experiencing other problems with them by selling me package deals during December and then 1 month later phoning me trying to sell me another BETTER deal which was available but not given to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>So tired of this Vodacom and their **** Admin. I Was informed to buy out my contract if i would like to cancel.</p> <p>i will sure cancel December coming and move to Cell C. Better package deals anyway.</p> <p> </p>
