Dear Sir/ Mam, I have made a purchase of a stunning set of diamond earrings (REF AA084628-1 for my girlfriend, on the 11/07/2025 and i was looking at other jewellery for myself that i really liked, and I advised the consultant Shanelle at the Ballito store that I will pick it up personally on the 02/08/2025, due to unforeseen circumstances I was admitted at hospital and still under health care , and I called today the 24/08/2025 to ask if i can take another item in exchange for the item that I asked ill personally pick up and i have been told that my ex gf has already collected the gift on the 17th/08/2025, I'm really disappointed and upset as I was not notified about this from anyone, please help me understand how this is possible and an order cannot be followed directed by the person that already paid and created and account and was looking forward to this?

Hi, Its been a week since i have placed my dstv order (firstly i have called the customer sales line , they advised someone will call me back , however no one has).I had then completed the order online as it takes forever to receive a call back. When i tried calling the customer care they unable to give me a update on this order. Initially they told me it would take a week for the order to be delivered and installed .. its already been over a week and i have no correspondence from them. I tried calling the customer care line on numerous time , and was advised they will call me back but nothing is done so far. I was advised this week by an agent Mpho someone will call me but its been two days with no call back. Im really disappointed by the service and thinking twice of going ahead with this order as a new customer.
<p>I had Netstar on my vechcile from 2011 and from last year december they have been charging me extra every month month, i contracted the customer services they advised me it was an error on their side and will be corretcetd , however this has bnever been done then they told me i will be credited since they cant do refunds and this month they over charged me again. They keep promises me sort out this error im really tired of keep calling and explaining myself from every month why im being overcharged, can i cancel this unit because u guys have been over charging me for the last four months before even telling me why.. I understand its and werror how can this error happen every month. I used the portal that you guys have which is a waste of time because nobody replies or deal with those wqueries so thats of no use! im highly dissappointed and i hope someone can sort out this issue.</p>
<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the bank last year December to renew my credit card , they advised me that it will take 7 to 10 working days everything i go tyo the bank they tell me there is a delay when i call the customer service to query where my card is they said its on the way for the past two months or they blunty cut me off and nobody gets back to me, i email the customer service i get one reply which is automated and nopbody ever explains why it takes two month to get your credit card, i know it was someones mess up and nobody want to take ownership or give my credit card...this is the worth bank service ever </p>
