My mother is old and wheelchair bound. So she asked me to order her stuff online since work commitments were preventing me from getting to the shops on time for her and she was running out of food. I ordered for delivery to take place on 2 May between 14:00 and 16:00. Order 26752490. They arrived at 16:45. The substitutes were ridiculous and any person with any common sense would not have substituted like that. My mother contacted the whatsapp line and chatted with Tanya J for over an hour. I am sorry but she cannot be very intelligent really. My mother spoke to her for over an hour for her to just be unhelpful and tell her the items were out of stock and thet's why they were substituted. Yeah no **** genius. So the shopper messed up the substitutions and then Tanya J goes out of her way to be unhelpful and outright sarcastic and rude. She is just sitting there collecting a salary while a customer is geuinely in a tight spot and needs help. Please help. People say customers are rude to call centre staff. Sometimes call centre staff are rude too and your staff are a good example of this. She works there but doesn't even know the difference between ordering from PnP directly and ordering through ASAP. She should be embarrassed.
I needed to make an update and the agent I spoke to was so helpful and understanding. He empathised with my situation. It made the interaction more comfortable because I was dealing with a human with actual emotion, not an unfeeling, uncaring drone-like person just going through the motions. Nice work! He went above and beyond what his role required.
Made contact with Outsurance today as I needed to make some adjustments to my life cover policy. I was retrenched over a year and just can't afford the premiums anymore I was shocked at how much they assisted me on the call. My premium is now less than half of what it was and I might potentially receive a refund from them for something else. All this has reduced the heavy burden from my shoulders immensely and it's one thing that won't be keeping me awake at night. Thanks so much!
I booked a ride with Uber on 8 Dec. After the trip the transaction went off my bank account. Yesterday I noticed that the transaction was duplicated. So meaning Uber charged me twice for one trip. Uber states they are not able to assist as they can't see the payment on their side. I have sent them all the details they are asking for like last 4 digits of card, bank statement, and still they won't give my money back. I see there are a few other people also complaining about unauthorized charges and duplicate transactions on Uber. Imagine how much money they are making from this as many people don't notice these charges especially over festive season and even people who couldn't be bothered with the effort that it takes. Uber, just give my money back. How can I possible have been on two Uber trips at the same time?
#15224602 - Order was supposed to arrive at 11:30. I called at 13:20 and was told they are waiting for a car to make my delivery. At around 15:00 a scooter shows up with all my stuff jammed into his carrier. All the bags are wet and battered looking. Once he starts unpacking, the ice cream and Domestos start to leak and I had a big mess to clean up, not to mention the clothing I am wearing is now damaged from the Domestos. I am guessing my groceries stood at your warehouse/store for hours before being delivered to me, hence the melted ice cream (now melted gunk) and the leaky Domestos.

I just received my delivery for order 0026586452. I have been charged for items that have not been supp****. Fix this ASAP. Happens each and every month. This time there is about R600 worth of items missing that you still have a cheek to charge me for. Call me please because you respond on Hello Peter to show you are "doing something" but then after your response here, you don't actually take any action
I bought two cups of fresh cream at PnP Vangate on Tuesday. We got home, placed the cream and other groceries in the fridge. My daughter and I baked and then opened one of the cups of cream to decorate the cake. The first thing we noticed is that it wouldn't thicken when we whipped it. It tasted bitter and was yellowish in colour
I sent an item back that I had never used, it was still in the original packaging, completely undamaged. It was over 30 days already but Takealot said they would log the return as an "exception". A few days later, they sent the item back to me. No word on the logging of the "exception". When I contact them, they don't reply. It is a part for a dishwasher and, since the dishwasher has been sold off, we can't use it any longer
