My mother is old and wheelchair bound. So she asked me to order her stuff online since work commitments were preventing me from getting to the shops on time for her and she was running out of food. I ordered for delivery to take place on 2 May between 14:00 and 16:00. Order 26752490. They arrived at 16:45. The substitutes were ridiculous and any person with any common sense would not have substituted like that. My mother contacted the whatsapp line and chatted with Tanya J for over an hour. I am sorry but she cannot be very intelligent really. My mother spoke to her for over an hour for her to just be unhelpful and tell her the items were out of stock and thet's why they were substituted. Yeah no **** genius. So the shopper messed up the substitutions and then Tanya J goes out of her way to be unhelpful and outright sarcastic and rude. She is just sitting there collecting a salary while a customer is geuinely in a tight spot and needs help. Please help. People say customers are rude to call centre staff. Sometimes call centre staff are rude too and your staff are a good example of this. She works there but doesn't even know the difference between ordering from PnP directly and ordering through ASAP. She should be embarrassed.
I needed to make an update and the agent I spoke to was so helpful and understanding. He empathised with my situation. It made the interaction more comfortable because I was dealing with a human with actual emotion, not an unfeeling, uncaring drone-like person just going through the motions. Nice work! He went above and beyond what his role required.
I left a positive review last week after a really lovely interaction with Outsurance. They assisted me in resolving one of my queries about premiums. With regards to my other query, I was told I would receive feedback on that same day by close of business or by the following business day, for the latest. I haven't heard anyting back in this regard. I am getting anxious because, in this case, no news is likely bad news. I'm just disappointed. Why was I told I would hear back by now, yet I haven't?
Made contact with Outsurance today as I needed to make some adjustments to my life cover policy. I was retrenched over a year and just can't afford the premiums anymore I was shocked at how much they assisted me on the call. My premium is now less than half of what it was and I might potentially receive a refund from them for something else. All this has reduced the heavy burden from my shoulders immensely and it's one thing that won't be keeping me awake at night. Thanks so much!
It's the first day of school and we can't log in. It's already almost 7:45. It's a disgrace. Parents and students put in the effort and try to do all the right things but then you come along and don't do your part! We need assistance urgently. You really are getting our academic year off to a terrible start. When we paid it was instant. But now when we want to use what we paid for, it is delayed. I already regret reregistering this year. And I know I am not the only one
I booked a ride with Uber on 8 Dec. After the trip the transaction went off my bank account. Yesterday I noticed that the transaction was duplicated. So meaning Uber charged me twice for one trip. Uber states they are not able to assist as they can't see the payment on their side. I have sent them all the details they are asking for like last 4 digits of card, bank statement, and still they won't give my money back. I see there are a few other people also complaining about unauthorized charges and duplicate transactions on Uber. Imagine how much money they are making from this as many people don't notice these charges especially over festive season and even people who couldn't be bothered with the effort that it takes. Uber, just give my money back. How can I possible have been on two Uber trips at the same time?
Bought a cabinet from Takealot and there were all sorts of issues with it. Some of the smaller bits were not supp****, e.g. supposed to receive 75 nails, only 69 supp****. Some other smaller parts were broken or warped and not possible to use/install on the cabinet. No holes were drilled into the doors in order to insert the *****s. There were other problems with it so I boxed it back up and returned it yesterday within the required timeframe. Today it shows that my return was declined and it's absolutely ******* to do that as it is in the condition you sent it to me in.
#15224602 - Order was supposed to arrive at 11:30. I called at 13:20 and was told they are waiting for a car to make my delivery. At around 15:00 a scooter shows up with all my stuff jammed into his carrier. All the bags are wet and battered looking. Once he starts unpacking, the ice cream and Domestos start to leak and I had a big mess to clean up, not to mention the clothing I am wearing is now damaged from the Domestos. I am guessing my groceries stood at your warehouse/store for hours before being delivered to me, hence the melted ice cream (now melted gunk) and the leaky Domestos.
Help me with 1002753641 please. Why are you trying o keep my money from me? I need my money, stop doing this!
