I have been trying to get a Vodacom sim for over a month now. I have gone to a few different stores where the staff seem to know nothing about the product they are selling which is extremely concerning. Some stores have told me they don’t do the Esim others have said they do it but don’t know how it works. Then finally went to cresta store (again) different person helped me (thank you) and said they do it and has tried to assist me with a contact. However providing a bank statement (I requested from my bank and paid for because my statement was not generated due to the time of the month) vodacom has now flagged me and mark my account as ***** and leaving it at that. My statement was provided from my bank, I was debited from my bank for the statement. I have forwarded my mail from the bank to the agent as well so he can see that it’s from my bank. There is no way to contact the person who flagged my account and has now said I need to wait 3 months. I don’t even want a blady phone I want a damn SIM card and Esim (wanted to move my current provider to Vodacom) but it is impossible to get service from this place. I don’t know how people can sell products they don’t know, not try help a customer. I have never seen a company that does not want to do business! Maybe they make so much money they don’t need to care about new business?
Makro is absolutely the worse. Bought a vacuum cleaner online in the beginning of August (was a gift I received from my husband on the 10th of August) the box was tampered with, no charger, the vacuum was clearly used. We logged a return with makro the same day. Daily we have phoned and emailed and we have even gone to macro ( the amount we have spent on fuel and call time is insane) each time we called they said a manager will call us back same day and guess what, no one phoned each time. We received mails that we will receive a charger and still nothing. This has gone on for over a month back and fourth. Macro stores don’t want to help because we bought it online and when we follow the process we get absolutely no where!!! Never use makro online if you have a issue with your order they will never help you. So disappointed in Makro!!!

<p>Worst service ever experience, rude and unreliable, does not take pride in work and if the job is not done correct don’t hold your breath on waiting for it to be fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been waiting over a month for some one to come out, been told that some one will come on a day but never pitches, he doesnt answer your calls, comes up with petty excuses then sends a message to say hope you come right.</p> <p> </p> <p>Charges a arm and a leg for poor service and a tedious job.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would never this service to anyone.</p> <p> </p>
