They are very disrespectfull, how can someone by suspecious if a husband, wife and a baby is in a car, then the security on duty follows you for about 2 km, and then want to ask if you are under the influence if you just went to get milk for your 5 month old baby, he didn't ask if you are oky he is just acusing you for everything. How is that right??

Wesley took 3 weeks just to put back out gate motor and to do the wiring, he ows us money, our invoice and gaurentee. He now ignores us, but i will go make a case at the police. He lies and i will never trust him with anything BECAREFULL PEOPLE

Wesley installed a refurbished gate automation unit for me and included a 6 month warranty. The motor did not last two months. I am waiting for more than three months now for Wesley to repair and return the motor. He is not taking my calls. when he makes an appointment he does not show up.

<p>Worst service ever experience, rude and unreliable, does not take pride in work and if the job is not done correct don’t hold your breath on waiting for it to be fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been waiting over a month for some one to come out, been told that some one will come on a day but never pitches, he doesnt answer your calls, comes up with petty excuses then sends a message to say hope you come right.</p> <p> </p> <p>Charges a arm and a leg for poor service and a tedious job.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would never this service to anyone.</p> <p> </p>

<p>We used Wesley at Recon Security ********** . His installation was incorrect which resulted in damage to the intercom system installed and gate to flip open unexpectedly. He did not demonstrate any urgency in fixing this problem despite the security risk. He also did not replace the intercom system. As a result, I have had to use an alternate supplier to fix his mess. No apology or interest in fixing the problem or after sales service.</p>
