They arrange vehicle insurance on short notice for my new car
I subscribed to a new data contract on 14 May 2019, after no internet access in our area i contacted mtn and told them i want to cancel the contract as our area does not have reception. I did that on 17 May 2019. They told me it will cost me R309 to cancel the new contract and i have to pay this into MT's account and send proof to them, i did that on 18 May 2019. On Monday i asked them when will the contract be cancelled and only on 21 May did i recieve a email confirming the contract will be cancelled and my sim has been migrated back to pay as you go (i used my own sim). MTN deducted R378-62 from my bank account 26 June 2019, i phoned them and asked for what as the contract is cancelled, they could not tell me, saying it is for services !! I want my money back and an explaination why they took money out of my bank account but no help from them.
Wesley took 3 weeks just to put back out gate motor and to do the wiring, he ows us money, our invoice and gaurentee. He now ignores us, but i will go make a case at the police. He lies and i will never trust him with anything BECAREFULL PEOPLE
We had our gate motor serviced and wiring done. This is after 3 weeks of begging the guy to finish the job. He ows us money and our quotation our invoice and just ignore us. He was quick for us to pay him he did not use some material and also labour as he droped his workers to sit under our tree for 3 hours while he went driving around to get over his hangover. I am going to make a case against him for stealing our money. Never do busness with him Wesley he operates in the Alberton area, he lies and steal. Our gate motor Centurion D5 needed to be set, we contacted a contractor for Centurion Gates he said they must service the motor then will change the wiring from the house to the gate and change the wheels on the gate. He started working Saturday 5 January 2019, did not finish the job as he was waiting for stock (the wheels) he took our motor. Then we asked him continuesly when will he finish the job, he said he will be ther on Friday 11 January, we waited and waited he never pitched up or call us. Then on Saturday late he pitched up installed our serviced motor but did not have keys for the cover and still no wheels for the gate. He serviced our motor but brought it back in another cover box. They said they will not dig for the wire from the house they will just pull it through the existing pipe. They quoted us for labour to dig and for pipe to lay the wire in. He said he will refund us R300. And they will come finish the job Friday 18 January 2019. On Friday we yet again waited and waited, i phoned and they said they have to collect the spares.... after they told me on 15 January they already have the spares.They were suppose to be there the morning at about 18h00 they pitched up did half a job again and promised to be there Saturday 19 January at 9:30. That came and go at 11h15 i phoned him again and said what is going on, he said the car broke and and and, he never contacted me just left us waiting again, at about 12H40 i said they must please come on Monday 21 January as we have another appointment. He promissed again first thing monday at 11h00 i once again contacted him and asked himwhen as they did not pitched up again, he said they will be there just now had some car problems he pitched up 11h50. He ows us money and must finish the job, for the amount we paid him we could have installed a brand new motor R4500, and how do we know if that is even our motor as the cover is not ours and the new keys he gave us. The service suck and then they wear CENTURION GATES on their t-shirts, i will not advertise my company if the service is that bad. Wesley was the person we spoke and dealt with
I paid R3005 as a deposit for in case my medical aid will not cover all my cost, this was 30 May 2018. I have tried for the last month to get my credit back as my medical aid paid in full for the service. The lady doing the payments is the doctor's wife and it seems that everyone is afraid of her. I asked everyday for my money and until now i have not recieve my credit back. The staff at the doctor's rooms also can not give me the doctor's wife's number so i can call her and ask her when are they paying my money back, i send emails and they always transfer me to a lady that does not do the payments,
