Absolute horrible service, ordered off of one day only, they let me know my order was with the courier on the 27/06/2025, i use the waybill to track, shows my order going back and forth, phone them and they tell me the tracking and waybill is for their admin only, not for the actual item so we cant use that to track . 1. Triton express maybe you should train your employees on how courier companies and waybill works because they think the rest of the population are dumb and don't understand how it works. 2. Triton express you may want to update your little communication sheet you hand out to your employees on what to tell customers and its seems from all the reviews its getting a bit old and obviously very useless. 3. Triton express maybe you need to rethink what you would like to do as it seems collecting and delivering is not one of your strengths and maybe the courier industry is not for you. i have also raised my concerns with one day only advising of the lack of assistance i received because the only response i was getting on the phone is "i don't know", i also sent one day only the hello peter link with the bad reviews asking them to rethink courier companies in the future. so again thank you for absolutely nothing.
Absolutely helpful, I had spent two hours going back and forth between vodacom and Mondo and Ndumiso Ngwane was the only one that assisted me professionally and tried to understand the query and resolve it.... definitely managent material
I settled my game RCS loan already in the beginning of the year, i have been phoning constantly for my settlement letter and for my account to be closed but yet i have received nothing after being told "they have to revert back to their accounts department and i will receive the letter within 24-48 hours", here i am a few months later still sitting with no settlement letter and no closed account. This is not very good customer service and does not meet the standard of treating customers fairly if it is a constant fight to try get something as simple as a letter. After phoning numerous times and not getting any assistance i have had to revert to coming to Hello Peter in order to try maybe get the help i need.
<p>Myself and my boyfriend have been trying to get his settlement letter from Vodacom for weeks now, every time we phone the call centre they tell us we have to wait 48 hours for the email to come through which i find rediculious because when we requested banking details and statements to see how much is still left to pay they could send us that in two hours but for some reason they just do not want to send us the settlement letter and on top of this they have given him bad credit with trans union as his debit orders were not going through in 2015 which we were not aware of and Vodacom did not even advise of this, we then made a plan to pay manually ever month from January 2016 and then settled the outstanding amount in December 2016 but they never capured this on Transunion so we need the settlement letter and them to clear his name if he wants to apply for something, they are making his life very difficult by not sending the letter, i dont have a cooking clue how many times they want us to phone and request it, we have even asked for the supervisor on shift and got told he was not available as he was out, how the hell are you suppose to supervise if you are out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vodcaom is absolutely pathetic and i will never have a contract with them again and will make sure that my friends and family members do the same........... the saddest part about this is that i get better service from the freaken municpality than this so called "good service provider".</p>
