My goodness the Ultrabot Robot Vacuum is such a waste of money. it will start a clean then reset the map, or obsess over the same location. I then try select rooms and it will continue to clean rooms not selected. This morning it cleaned my bathroom 5 times and then would finish clean even though it hasn't gone into any other room! I have had enough. Hardly 3 months and its a waste! R4500 down the damn drain! DON'T BUY!!!!
Please can you stop phoning me! I know you want to welcome me but ffs I am in meetings all day! I don't have the time! Send a damn email! I already know all the benefits! Why are you wasting peoples time with the same **** they already got when they signed up? Just send an email!!!!! Whats the point of the sales pitch if you are just going to phone again? Work smarter, not harder! Send a welcome email with all the benefits!! Its also easier to go back to when we want to look again. Honestly when someone calls me I forget because I am busy and have too much on my mind!! And DON'T PHONE ME FOR THIS EITHER!!! Why are you people obsessed with phoning?
Im really shocked by what kind of customer care consultants you all hire. Like where do you find these people because its shocking that every time I deal with Afrihost agents I end up stressed and angry and swearing at them. 1. Today is the second time this month I can't access my emails due to a proxy server error. I am on the brink of securing a R100k deal which is life saving literally! And your stupid agent Fumani R is useless as ****. 2. I contacted the whatsapp line to get help as I need my emails to work! Fumani R sends me a link, I managed to get in but it still isn't working on my normal link to access my email. Then I try the link again and it won't asd its flagged as unsafe 3. Fumani then takes focus off the issue to tell me my SSL certificate is expired WITHOUT CHECKING! Then sends me a link to read. But now I am confused because my SSL certificate is renewed automatically! I have had this hosting account for a few years already this is the first I have had to renew my SSL certificate myself 4. I try ask Fumani for explanations and am told to just read the link then I will understand but my question is why now? Surely they can tell me why now? Why must I read the link when I am talking to someone who is supposed to be helping me! 5. Fumani doubles down, refuses to explain anything then got angry when I told them to **** off. Lets get one thing straight, this is not the first time one of your agents have been so damn unhelpful and rude, useless and lazy and its because of this that we are getting angry because our livelihoods are literally at stake, had the agent gotten off their lazy ass and actually done the ****ing job they are paid to we wouldn't get angry in the ****ing FIRST PLACE! 6. I logged into my client zone to see my SSL certificate was in fact NOT EXPIRED! 7. I try speaking to a new consultant who also confirmed this! This means Fumani didn't even bother to check before trying to fob off a link to me without checking anything? 8. Turns out there was a problem with the server like I told Fumani FROM THE START! Had Fumani not been so ****ing lazy, I would have sorted this issue out in a few minutes like it was when the second agent handled my issue 9. This isn't the first time and it seems Afrihost loves to hire lazy agents
The service has been great until now. I really don't like ****s. When I say to Naked I got a cheaper quote on my own car and on their app and I'm told it's impossible I want to lose it. I managed to get a new quote again today and it's still cheaper on the app than my current premium which by the way is going up in October but apparently they can't bring my price down. Maybe I should cancel and come back and accept the cheaper quote? And clearly its not impossible as I am told? My cars worth has depreciated. Why must I pay more? And even your own app says so
I tried warning everyone but my post wasn’t allowed! Now look 27 bad reviews at the time I’m writing this, when there are only 4 at the time I posted, 23 people could have been saved from being ****med but I was in the wrong! This is as much Hello Peter’s fault for removing my complaints as it is for a company not even based in Cape Town but in Howick! But I’m wrong for warning people!

Be very careful. I wanted to order the clean bean multi brush on discount for R399 but discovered thankfully it was of cheap and poor quality before ordering. I then looked at their other products to find very much the same. These items are worth a tenth of what they’re being sold for. I would gladly support local businesses but within reason. My advice is to make sure the product you are ordering is worth the price
They’re peddling SHEIN and Aliexpress products as trade marked products sold by local entrepreneurs with “talent” for more than 10x the price! All their 5star reviews on Hellopeter are from people with only one review which is dodge! They’re selling a Bottle brush for R399 on discount (“actual” price R499) that costs R34 on SHEIN! The exact same colours, photos, videos! Their website is basically 2 months old yet on the website it brags about helping all these local entrepreneurs. Help with what? Ripping people off with sub par quality goods? Please double check that the goods you’re buying aren’t the same as those on these cheap sites. Like geez. Ripping people off!
Every time I go to Clicks Karaglen there’s an issue. Especially on the pharmacy side. My biggest issue is a long queue but only one pharmacist working but a bunch of them standing around laughing and joking. But yesterday I was ready to hit the roof. The pharmacist yhat assisted us seemed in no hurry to try ensure my mom who is 75 years old get the medication she needs. I understand if there’s no stock there’s no stock but for goodness sake how hard is it to pick up the phone and phone the doctor who prescribed the antibiotics? And then to just come and say “I’m not getting through” now there’s no signal in Karaglen clicks do I went outside and immediately called Roseacres hospital and got hold of the doctor! Within seconds! Like how hard was it for him to do the same? She’d have given him an alternative instead of having us drive our Petro out all the while my mom isn’t getting the meds she needs!!!!!! This pharmacist came across as if he’s going us a favour by trying. I can’t! This is unacceptable behaviour. I got a new script from the doctor and you know who got my money? Not Clicks!!! Amazing how the pharmacists at meditate as do damn helpful!
