Telkom Mobile - Having a few issues at this point in time: 1 - my dad's account is faulty on day 4 of every month his data is finished. He's not on any whatsapp groups, he's not on any social media, he does not even know how to use google or youtube. He only texts on whatsapp with his close family. Why is this? 2 - I asked multiple times that they adjust his account so he has more data every month - but now one is able to assist! 3 - Telkom's website very slow - did not want to open. 4 - Currently I am trying to call but I've been on hold for 22 mins still no answer..... is it reasonable for a company to let their customers hold for 22 mins.....? Eventually answered - unable to help me. 5 - They said i must load data manually on a monthly basis - ok i went on the website - unable to find functionality there. Downloaded app. Besides that it bombs out about 5 times I could not find a way for me to load data on my dad's number which is one of my accounts. Good day, Your website is so un-user-friendly, Every time I try to find out which movies show at which times and which locations it either shows movies that is currently not showing, and even if I go through the trouble of jumping through the hoops of selecting experience, date and time then it give errors. The most horrid website experience of my life and if that is not enough you guys even have it at your pay stations these days. Have you ever put a person in front of that software and see if they can figure it out? Have you done any ux analysis of any kind. I am so frustrated with your product and since I am quite tech savvy I cannot be the only one….. For heaven’s sake if you guys don’t want us to see what is currently showing at your cinemas on the website please just have a simple pdf so that we can see what is currently showing. <p>Been on hold now for almost 10 mins. </p> <p>No-one answers their phone, picked all the options. </p> <p>How do these people want to make money and they don't even want to pick up their phones?</p>
<p>I tried getting in touch with someone from Bestmed with regards to taking out medical aid for my Dad. I have called various times and everytime i am being put through to the sales department i wait on line for 5 mins or more and no one answers. </p> <p>When i use the online chat facility they refer me to brokers and say they will call me back. Its been two days now and still no reponce. </p> <p>Does Bestmed not want new customers?</p>
<p>December 2016 I was in an accident with my car, rear-ended by a taxi. </p> <p>I immediately made my insurance company aware of this fact. </p> <p>I submitted the claim and they informed me that it will be fixed in January 2017.</p> <p>I took the car to the panel beaters (F&H Panel beaters) they suggested to me the Monday and I made them aware of the fact that I can only give it to them for a week since I don't have any other forms of transport. </p> <p>By the Thursday afternoon after many follow-up calls to them they informed me that they do not have the parts. I was not happy about this since they should have been aware of the fact that they don't have the parts before they received my car. </p> <p>I called Mooirivier Makelaars and informed them of this. </p> <p>I again had to arrange to drop my car off with them the following week. The panel beaters mentioned that they will only need it for one day. In the end my car stayed there for two days. Even when they came to pick me up they kept me waiting for almost an hour by the side of the road. </p> <p>Once I got my car back I noticed that they didn’t replace the exhaust which they quoted for and the old exhaust was melting a hole in my bumper. I also noticed that the back door and bumper was totally misaligned. My car also had trouble starting and when I called the panel beaters they said that nothing they did to the battery could have damaged it. I took it to Supaquick they confirmed verbally and via e-mail that the battery cells were damaged by over/under charging and I had to replace it. </p> <p>Again I made Mooirivier aware of this. I still have not received any feedback whatsoever even after calling them twice to remind them of the matter. They have however arranged for my car to go in but the Panel beater keep on e-mailing me to make an appointment with me. I very rarely check my personal e-mail but not once he has called me to make an appointment or discuss a convenient time with me to take my car in again.</p> <p>I have multiple time try and follow up with Mooirivier and every time they promise to come back to me but they rarely do. The calls I do get from them they are not friendly and accommodating at all. The one lady that I did speak with who tried to help me is forever busy and I am unable to get hold of her again.</p>

<p>I am currently trying to transfer money from my credit card account to my fnb account.</p> <p>I was unable to do so and when I called Discovery Card they said its because of the fact that my card has expired. </p> <p>I replied by saying I did recieve the card but that I did not acitvate it since I never use the card itself but always transfer money between my accounts. I then detroyed the card. I also replied that I my dad has an emergency and I desprately need access to the acount in order to transfer money to him. I mentioned that they can see there is money in the account, that it is my account and that I have verified myself. But the manager (Ndivhuho date of call:16/02/2017, time of call: 07:07) I spoke to said there is no way they will be able to assist me. I even ask him to further investigate for me to which he replied that he already has and that he will not be able to assist. </p> <p>I mentioned to him that a gentleman I spoke to on the 4th of Jan 2017 was able to assist me in this regard already in the period that my card was deactivated. I then asked why he is not able to assist. He mentioned for reasons of fraud - I then asked him has there ever been fraudulent behaviour on my account? He mentioned no. I then asked him to please escalate this to an senior manager.</p> <p>I am still very confused as to why Discovery is prohibiting me from having access to my money aspecially when I need it so urgently. This for me is outragious. There must be some form of law against the fact that I cannot have access to my money!</p>
