Dont trust this company or anything they say. Ownership letters mean nothing. They still want to collect the machine and then say because you didn't cancel your contract automatically get renewed for a 12 month period. This is against CPA laws and needs to be month to month.
Useless. Ordered a size 4 boot for my daughter and received a 3. Called to tell them. Asked them to send a 4 when they collect the 3 and they said OK. Phoned again today and another lady said yes they will do this. What happens next they send a courier to collect with out the new pair. Call again and they tell me they can't do what both these people have told me they will do? To worried to send them back without them bringing a new pair due to all the bad reviews they get. Told them I will drive to them, they can check the boots and we can do the exchange. Apparently this is not possible. Really
Parcel was on delivery for Monday 18 June. I called on Monday to say we close at 4pm. Your driver still tried to deliver after 4pm. Tuesday i called your offices again to say we close at 4 pm and i need the parcel today, i was assured that they would contact the driver and tell him to deliver before 4pm. i Called again at 2 pm just to make sure as the day was nearly over again i was told the driver knows and delivery will take place. I called again at 3.30 as no deliver had been made yet, and then it was "we cannot contact the driver" ? I went home and received a call from Fast and Furious at 5pm saying they will deliver to my home address once they contact the driver......at 8 pm i get another call that no they cannot deliver that evening anymore but promise it will be at my offices at 8am. Well it is now Wednesday the 20th June and it 10:27 am and still no delivery i am on the phone to you again and im getting the "i cannot get hold of the driver" This is really bad service. Dont tell someone something if you not 100% sure it will happen. Dont make empty promises. And if you do then you need to take extraordinary measures to make sure what you said will happen! I will definitely contact my supplier and tell them what ridiculous service you offer and (as i see on here im not the only one) ask them to please use a different courier in future. My clients have not been messed around because of you.

<p>i am being charged monthly for these two thing yest i never signed up for them, and i dont receive the so called airtime anyway. Ive called them for the past 3 month, eventually this month they have refunded me for the sms air subscription but the Mobile content fee is still being deducted from my account.</p> <p>Phoned today about it ......after some shockingly rude man on the other end of the phone couldnt even tell me anything except for " we will log it , here is your referance number"</p> <p>I told him i want a refund for the MOBILE CONTENT FEE nd he tell me they did refund me..? So i said no JET has refunded me for the SMS AIR SUBSCRIPTION, he tells me its the same thing....IF ITS THE SAME THING WHY AM I BEING CHARGED TWICE FOR IT?
