Worst support ever, I took my HP notebook for repairs on the 7th of April 2025, I was notified it was a warranty repair work order number: 0006074094 and a link to track the progress, after numerous calls and emails, on the 13th of May I was sent a quotation from HP: 3014458937 that the repairs will cost R4331.00, I paid this in full on the 27th May 2025. (this was a warranty claim as HP initially said), no details were given, the invoice just stated HP Part OSS - Adv exch (Fixed Service) this quote would expire 12th June 25. after countless emails, phone calls, their is still no resolution to my notebook. Case ID: 5141216382. its been over 5x months now. I have been pushed from HP Support to Ensure Services, Reddington and for the last two months with Hemmersbach and still no one can help me!!!!!
Its another year and again I am unable to upgrade, Ive been a Platinum customer since 2010, every year when it comes to upgrading your cell, exact same issue, no one can help, the Vadacom app is useless it sends the OTP to the wrong number and when you ask for help the app shows 'something went wrong, please try again later' I have been trying to upgrade since the3rd of December 2024, I have the following reference when a Vodacom agent will call me back within 24hrs, its been over 48hrs now, ref# DXSEOI
Intellichlor Salt Chlorine Generator IC40 lasts 12x months, then needs replacing, as the warranty on the electrode is only 12x months and the only viable option is to replace the entire unit at R22k (as the electrode is R21k to replace), this would have been my 3rd replacement in 24x months
I have been a customer of Vodacom for more than two decades, I have been a platinum customer for over 10x years, this means nothing! Vodacom don't answer, don't respond and just downgrade your package as the sales person pretends not to know that a platinum customer even exists, after numerous calls, been contacted numerous times to re-adjust my data packages and so many promise to have my package reviewed and reverted, I have escalated, this so many times, Vodacom has no customer service and have no interest in assisting, Platinum or not, Vodacom has no customer service, definitely not a company you want as a service provider
Don't bother with the Vodacom Platinum Program, they are unreachable, there is zero service delivery, they don't respond to the emails sent by the Vodacom help desk, even their call agents direct Vodacom email addresses dont get any response and simply ignored, there is no escalation process, their ********** platinum support number re-routes you to the normal Vodacom help desk where the agent can only send an email to Admin. With a minimum spend of over R3k a month to be part of their platinum program is a complete waste .
I was told to upgrade my contract in order to remain a Platinum customer, only to be downgraded afterwards with none of the Platinum benefits, but with a heavy month end bill. After numerous attempts to their Platinum support center that you can not get through too, numerous emails that don't get answered, this is a breach of contract as no one from Vodacom has sent any communication regarding this downgrade. I had confirmation that my Platinum contract was back in place last year. below is the email from the Vodacom call center 2x weeks ago still with no answer: Customer says you have assisted him with a Platinuim upgrade last year. On our side it shows the customers membership has expired 2016-10-01. <p>Terrible service,</p> <p> </p> <p>After many years of hassle free annual cell phone upgrades, Vodacom Platinum support are unable to provide an upgrade, and it would seem they can change their policy as and when they want, in October 2016 a Vodacom Platinum support consultant said I could upgrade my phone in November, somehow Vodacom cant / wont retrieve this recorded call from their platinum member ship call desk (as all calls are recorded), and the fact that I needed to add an additional data bundle to my contract to remain on the RED VIP that allows you an upgrade once a year as your average spend needs to be over R3k a month, this was activated in October 2016. Since November 2016 I have been trying to upgrade with many frustrating calls to the Platinum support desk, promises of their team leader escalations and a response within 24hrs, to then be transferred to the normal upgrades division that responds all Vodacom contracts have their phones upgraded every 2yrs on the anniversary of the contract, if this is true what are the advantages of Red VIP .</p> <p> My last call with Vodacom Platinum Support, I received the following ref: ********** 5, where they will get someone from Onex to try and assist, 5x months later for an upgrade</p> <p>Can anyone advise what the best cellular contract to have is, I spend over R3k a month, and it seems my business isn’t worth their effort to assist</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgruntled Vodacom user!</p>
