*****ulent service!
We rented a vehicle 27 Aug to 5 Sept and paid a deposit part of which was refundable on return of the vehicle. To date, we gave been struggling to get a refund of the deposit. We've requested a detailed statement to no avail. I would not recommend Sani to anybody, ever and would never use them again!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIFIC QUALITY PRODUCTS!!!!!!!
What a horrific company!!!! I bought cuticle clippers for R100 that are bent. I complained and sent a picture. They then say that they see nothing wrong but if I want to return them and nothing is wrong then they will charge me for the courier. Over R100!!!!!! I also ordered a diamante hair clip which came with a stone missing. They will not even acknowledge this without a picture. They have ZERO customer service and their products are expensive but are of very poor quality. I am disgusted and I implore anyone to avoid this company like the plague!!!!!

No refund for faulty goods
I bought a usb from Playground Cresta. I threw away the packaging but I have the slip. The usb does not work and is faulty! When I contacted Playground they ignored my multiple emails. When I threatened to review them on Hello Peter they replied that they will have a look only if I have the packaging. They basically sold me faulty goods and will not refund me the money thereby stealing from me. They know they are wrong by ignoring me. I find this behaviour disgusting and basically means their goods are inferior.

Filthy cinema!
<p>I went to see a movie at The Zone Rosebank a few weeks ago. The seats were FILTHY! I felt dirty throughout the entire movie. I contacted management re my issue and they just did not reply as if my complaint is not important enough for them. I will never be using that cinema ever again.</p>

NO customer service
<p>I contacted Norwood Mall management re Bella Gee store in which I was treated terribly. They basically have no right to be in business. Yet, Norwood Mall never got back to me regarding my complaint. They clearly DO NOT CARE about customer satisfaction and are too big to care about a silly complaint. Well, I will never put my foot in that mall ever again. Just trying to wan others about the way the stores and management behave!</p>

Aggressive all round
<p>I went into Bella Gee clothing store at Norwood Mall. I was trying to take a photo of one of the outfits when the shop assisstant screamed across the shop at me. Screamed so loudly people passing by stopped to look. She told me that taking a picture is illegal (when there was NO sign) and told me she is calling security. I phoned the owner to complain when she let rip and screamed even louder that taking pictures ANYWHERE AROUND THE WORLD is illegal. I have never heard such rubbish in all my life. If you do not want pictures taken then put up a sign and teach your staff to have manners and grace about situations like that. But then again, when the owner is a raging cow then how can you expect the staff to know any difference??? I hope this helps you to NEVER shop there or even entertain the idea of going near there. I have contacted Norwood Mall re this incident so they are aware as to how their tenants behave.</p>
