It has been a month and a half since I have given cancellation notice on my account yet they still refuse to release the fibre line. Services were suspended for non payment according to them but now all has been allocated except for FEB which was paid and they close the query as it is back to normal. I wonder how the relevant authorities can allow companies like to to operate. Do Not Do business with them, they staff members told me I cannot cancel this service
I would not advise young to seek employment at JMPD as they are unable to pay some of their employees salaries for months now and all the lies about a glitch that never stop. So look somewhere else for employment that can guarantee that you will get paid.
The contact numbers for this place does not work and if you get through, the people are having conversations and then drop the phone. I have been trying to log a call to get City Park to come and cut a tree that is busy cracking my house walls but to no avail. They should just fire all of them and get a AI system.
It has been more than 2 years that we have been trying to get Johannesburg City Parks to come and removed a very massive, old and dangerous tree in front of our houses in Kensington. Every time the wind blows a branch breaks off and damage something. The branches are laying on the opposite site of the road. Saturday my neighbors cars was missed by another branch. The houses are being damaged by the roots and soon the tree will kill someone.
I have been trying of 2 years now to get city park to come and do something about the massive tree in front of my property that keeps dropping branches each time a slight wind blows. They keep saying they will send someone but to no avail, The branch keep damaging street lights and cabling. my fear is that the someone might lose their life as a result of this tree. City Parks is useless.
I have been calling and requesting that City Parks come and do something about the tree in front of my house but to no avail. The tree has been losing massive branches that have fallen into the streets and one fell on the Fibre cable bending a street light pole. A piece of it fell on my car. Still No one answers the phones. I have send msg to William at City Parks and still nothing happens. Maybe they are waiting for it to fall on the houses and kill/injured someone.
I bought 2 fitness trackers for myseld and my wife. The 1 screen is damaged and the other is not displaying. I took it to Garmin in Rosebank for repairs and was give quotations for brand new devices. I was told that they do not do repairs i must buy new sevices. How can they sell devices for up to R15000 and when something is wrong you need to buy a new one. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Surely there are other fitness tracking sevices out there.
Whatever you do, do not sign up for ISP with Supersonic. They should just close and disappear from the ISP space. They are passed useless. I cancel the service with them that has never been active or worked since they drop off their wifi router and now they refused to released the line for me to obtain the service of another ISP.
It's been 7 days since Oupa drop of the wifi router and I have been calling and calling for the setup of it but nothing, I was on the phone with them and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I made the biggest mistake by applying for IS from them. They must just come and collect their damn router. I should have done my home on them. Useless.. Don't ever use them
I bough a sheet of wood on the 29/11/2018 that I ask to be cut and edge. Till today no communication from them. I went there today and still nothing. I was told that the edging machine was just fixed. Are all BW giving bad service? Is there a place that also sell and cut wood other than BW?
