<p>I placed an order on 27 March 17 on the Biuky website. I received an email from them confirming I would receive my order between the 24/04/2017 and the 28/04/2017 . I have followed up with them via email but they do not respond. Do not buy from this company.</p>
<p>I reported a fault on 8/02/2017 for line ********** 523 and received ref. no. 1029CRK080217. I then called on 9/02/2017, call centre agent confirmed there was an underground fault. I called on 14/02/2017 only to be told that my query has not been given to a technician as yet. I then requested for my query to be escalated and received ref. no. 956083. I called on 17/02/2017 only to be told there is no more progress on my query but will escalate for a technician to come out over the weekend. Needless to say no technician came out and when i called today, 20/02/2017 there is still no progress on my query. Telkom your service is pathetic. I would like to know how long more must i wait for my service to be restored while i must still pay for a service I am not even getting.</p>
