Fantastic Claims Experience
Great experience from the claims department, feedback was given to me within 2 hours of submitting the claim and the full Vet Bill was covered & paid by DotSure to ensure my puppy is well looked after.

Terrible Service & inconsistent food portions
Absolutely appalling! Service is terrible Waiters will walk right past you without willing to assist. Portion sizes are NEVER the same

The most USELESS, PATHETIC , UNRELIABLE program out there. If you’re thinking of getting it to watch DSTV channels , especially Sport, DON’t …it Barely ever works , and when it does; it’s a Constant Buffer.

Changing agreed upon delivery times.
Do NOT trust their delivery timing schedule. Day of payment it was agreed 4 weeks for me to have my couch. When I called then 3 weeks in to see how progress is going with manufacturing, they have not even started and then told me I would have to wait 8 weeks for the couch and not the original 4 weeks as agreed upon when payment was requested. Shows you, will promise anything to get the sale, but then not deliver to their customers as agreed upon.

Its been 3 days since I spoke to a consultant at Insure Africa Regarding a Warranty Quote for my vehicle , not sure how long a quote generally takes, but surely not 3 days ? This concerns me should Insure Africa need to pay a warranty claim, how long would that take.

Avoid - NO Technical Support & Internet goes down for hours without any notification.
Avoid at all cost. Especially if you’re running your own business. There is ZERO technical support, problems or queries can only be logged via their App which you never get a response from. Internet goes down WITHOUT any notification therefore & also no communication as to when services will be restored.

False Accusations - DSTV Account
Falsely accusing me of having a Mutichoice Account that is in arrears when I have NEVER owned a Mutichoice account. Now they want me to go get an affidavit and take it to Multichoice. Why should I take time out of my day to run after your False Claims Accusations. Get your FACTS in order before you contact people. Don't have INCOMPETATNT People working for you. DON'T hand me over to Shapiro Shaik .. !!! PROVE to me that I've ever had a Multichoice account, not interested in your **** programming services.
