Early February 2025 while I was applying for bond I learned that i have an account with Intellceell and had payed only December installment and was behind with payment .They said I have a tymbank account that I don't have .I have sent an affidavit and certified ID copy with five of my signatures to Arlene.Cronje
On the 28th July 2018 I bought a Colt Mitsubishi 2000l Hiline Lwb p. I was adviced to take mechanical warranty for the car without any information on how much the cover amount will be on mechanical problems that the car might have, not even a warranty book was given .It was only given to me on the 26th October 2017 after the car was giving me problems and it was only when I discovered the amount s am covered for .i spoke to the dealership owner( Mr Mohamed) regarding everything and he said he cant assist me .On the same day I discovered that the furl intake pipe was leaking on my way to KZN. I told Musa the sales person but he couldn't help me.As i was waiting for the registration papers (Licencing ) the car got a ticket fine .Musa on the 19th August 2017 told me that he just sent my documents for licencing,on the 25th Musa told me that my permit was ready and i went and fetched it. list of problems I have: Fuel intake pipe -I had to buy w Traffic fine - They couldn't help Warrant - Am still paying even though it wont help me.
<p>I have made many calls to customer services but till now one one is helping me.For two months I have been billed things I dnt know of.I have multiple reference number that haven't been attended to n no one is getting back to me to let me know of the progress. <p>I have been calling customer care center to resolve my problem but noting and no one comes bck to me .last week I called and promised tht a monger was goin to call me till today I havent head form him.</p>
<p>On sunday i has a over charge dispute on my monthy bill case number ********** 9 .my total balance was R927.75 of wich R459.78 for spending limitewas removed on the 28/03/2017.then same day i made a direct payment of R470.00 to ABSA bank becouse the counsultant i spoke to said the balance will be added on mt next month bill.Mind you had already called to tell them that i did not have the money they want before they debited on my account.(I took that as arrangement ) and my case was still under proccess and mostly that I didnt have that money they wanted to rob me.SADDLY no w i just called and am told i should pay R209.00 for rejection fee .but my problem is that i paid but they telling me that it hasnt reflected on their side .AM SICK OF TREATED LIKE TRASH BY TELKOM</p>
<p>I broght a routher from telkom .i was sapouse to be activation within 24hours but till now it hasnt and when i call they tell me it will be activated in the next 24 hours again .Very poor service .But when it time for payment they make no mistake to debit.</p> <p> </p> <p>thank you </p>
