Awful, drawn up - I can best describe Chris as an aggressive, confrontational con man. You genuinely cannot use this service unless you are willing to insure your clothes first - they kept my clothes for a week and returned them unwashed - along with a tirade of abusive messages from a very arrogant Chris - who is uncontactable when it comes to finding out where your clothes are, but available to send threatening communications. (Threatening! From a laundromat when you ask if its realistic to spend a third day waiting for your clothes when they've had them for so long!) It is such unnecessary behaviour - and I was without work clothes, had to purchase more - before having the clothes returned unwashed!! Absolutely horrified. There are enough alternatives not to have to deal with this business - and you will find yourself without your clothes for an indefinite amount of time!
Really unimaginably bad service - or complete lack of service. After several attempts at ordering via their online site - as the staff in store are so unhelpful - once they have taken your money, you will not be able to contact them - on any of their platforms further - I paid upfront for delivery on specific date - received confirmation email that morning to wait as it was out for delivery - nothing arrived, i tried their live chat option - there is no one on live chat - have waited on two separate occassions for over 45 minutes - the email for assistance is read and ignored, whatsapp help doesn't work, no assistance via social media channels - your order just disappears into nothing and you really made clear that Mr Price cares nothing about customer service - so I will have to sit and wait to hear more or start arranging with bank to reverse charges.
Thieves is really the only way I can think to explain this company. They take THOUSANDS from vulnerable individuals, and in our case, submitted so much incorrect information that our visa was initially rejected. This seems to be their general way of operating, there was no feedback, discussion nor negotiation when we were forced to do it ourselves. The turn over of staff is so high, no one knows your case details. You are better equipped and motivated to follow the instructions on the much improved vfs global website. SA Migration and specifically Rod Maxwell took thousands of rands from us with nothing at all to show or say for it.
