I was paing a Cartrack account for many years. Over a year ago the account was paid up without my knowledge and they never treplied to any of my mails etc. Their attorneys also kept harrassing me aswell till they eventually figured out aswell that I had overpaid them. Till date and many emails they have not returned any of my emails or calls and they still owe me monies which should be paid back with interest.
I have never in my 15 years of travelling to star graded hotels around the world have i ever had such a bad experience. Food was terrible, aircon didnt work properly in the room. Staff were slow on the serve or sometimes non existent. Their staff were upset because we stayed a bit late for our function. Now they have the cheek to ask if I took someting from their room??? All that after we spent HUYNDEREDS OF THOUSANDS at their establishment... That is utter disrespect and I will make sure that this gets spread far and wide around social media and have their tourism grading reduced. That is the last time they will ever see our entire company at their hotel.
Even after sending them proof pf payment over two years, I got told i am useless so i lost my temper and then was told by the call center person that they will find me and **** me. Godfrey is his name, also Fabian Fransman, the worst manager they have as he does nothing about it. I have asked them to take me to court so i can show a judge the payments, The same payments i have shown Fabian Fransman, Vannessa Applegreen, Ellen Sikhakhane, Mongezi Zikhale, S Mcdonald, N Moyake a P Dube. This is disgusting service and i ask them please to take me to court so i can sue them for every being in their body...
