Over the years, I have purchased 2 vehicles from Auto King. One was a Hyundai and one was a Fiat. I kept both of my cars for about 7 years and never experienced any problems that were not due to wear and tear. Both times I purchased a vehicle, Auto King found me something specifically in my price range and went above and beyond to help me get finance. The process was also very fast! I would strongly recommend using Auto King when you are next in the market for a used vehicle. If they don't have what you are looking for, give them an opportunity to source it for you.
Recently I ordered 18 glasses from @Home and when we tried to collect from the store first we were told it had not been received which turned into a run around, then we were told it was received however the glasses were broken. We were asked to come back, we came back to collect to be again told the glasses were broken. I called head office about 3 times to get this sorted and asked for them to be replaced. They were not replaced. No one got back to me. Today I received a credit note so obviously no one cares to replace them. Thank you to Autoking Milnerton who helped me purchase a very reliable and well looked after Fiat 500. The process was quick and easy and despite some reviews I have read I have not had any issues. People please remember you get what you pay for. If you buy a 1989 BMW for R20 000 don't expect it to run like a brand new 3 series.
Some time ago I purchased a fridge online and paid for it upfront with the delivery fee included. Over a month later I had still not received it, everyday for two weeks I sat on the phone to the Makro help line spending at least an hour on the phone waiting to finally speak to a representative. Each time various representatives promised to get back to me as where this fridge was and when it might be delivered.... Each time no one bothered to get back to me. Eventually I found out where the fridge was being stored, personally drove there, waited while a member of staff found the fridge, had him invoice it and then finally the next afternoon it was delivered. The most pathetic part is that the Makro staff told me this is a common occurance and suggested I collect the fridge myself. I even contacted the Service Manager who promised to pass it on and also did nothing! Makro your service is absolutely disgusting - don't offer things like delivery when you are not willing to deliver. Don't bother with representatives when they do nothing to assist customers.
