I ordered a meal through Uber eats, it was around 7pm. My order came through just after an hour, the food was cold and the fries were not good at all.
I always get the worst service from the doctor's rooms. You wait on a que for over 3hours even when there's just 3 people. I'm am soon sick, weak and feeling cold, I have been sitting on the chair in pain for over 2hours while the ladies working there are just chilled behind the counter. They don't even have the decency to explain to the clients why the long wait. What's worse is that, this is not the first time it happened.
The Clinic has such bad service. Came in for a Covid test, I'm coughing through and through and I still have to sit with other patients with different issues for a good hour and 30mins without being attended.
I visited the store on Tuesday the 29 Jan 2019 at about 09:00am in the morning to buy a few things. One of the things I was looking for was a mountain bike that was on promotion. I was made to wait at the bike section for over 15mins with no help, eventually when I was looking for the manager to complain I was told the people responsible for that section only start work from 10:00am. I was made to wait again at the information desk only to be told they are out of stock. The person who assisted me didn't even bother to check if the bike was available at any other nearby Game stores or to even give me a way forward seeing that they did not have what I was looking for. That was worst ever service to get that early in the morning. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was brought to Lenmed casualty by Paramedics and I was admitted together with my son as we were suffering from dhiarea. I asked if we could be admitted together in the same room with my 6yrs old son as there was no one who could come take care of him in the Paediatric ward. They refused and sister who was incharge on the day said they will admit me in the Medical 1 ward which was opposite the Paediatric ward and said at anytime when I want to go see my son a Potter will take me there. I was not happy with the set up as I didn't understand why we could be put in isolation with my son. So with all that we slept in separate wards with my son. The next morning I woke up and asked for a Potter to come take me to the paediatric ward, to my surprise the unit manager Yvonne from the ward I was in came and told me I can't go to the Paediatric ward with my bacteria and she went on an on. I didn't even care bcoz the Sister from the previous night said I could do that, so I continued and went ahead to see my son. Yvonne followed me to my son's room and told me that they have arranged for my son to be moved in the same ward with me, so we were gonna share the room I was in, she was just waiting for the Paediatrician to give his concent. As I was just feeding my son the Paediatrician came for his rounds and he mentioned to me that he is fine with my son joining me in the ward I was in. After feeding him I went back to my room to also have breakfast, the sister who was assisting me told me that they going to move the lady I was sharing the room with to another room and make space for my son. So I waited, while laying in bed I started experiencing very bad tummy cramps and abdominal pains so I rang the bell and asked the nurse for pain medication. For about 2hrs i was ringing the bell and asking for pain medication and no one attended me, the nurses would come switch off the bell, hear me out but would not return with the medication. I eventually called the Hospital Relationship Manager and complained. After that I got the medication and slept. I was woken up by the noise of the nurses pushing my son's bed on the room I was in. I felt such a relive when I saw him and the nurses told me he didn't want to eat. In less that 10mins the same nurses came back to collect my son and said they were instructed to do so. I got no explanation for thst. I asked my doctor to discharge me so that I can go to the Paediatric ward to be with my son over night and see to it that he eats. I ended up not getting treated for my condition and my condition got worse, in the early hours of this morning I was taken to casualty by the nurses in the Paediatric ward where a drip was put up for me. With all of the the management still refused to have my son and I treated together. So as a mother I'm suffering in pain just to be next to my boy and see him through his aches as well. My worst hospital stay, I can't wait for my son to be discharged.
