Food Lovers Market Lynwood Lane. We go there 3 - 4 times a week. Love that it's there. Never had issues, not with the staff, thet are friendly, helpful. Today, as per our usual, we go to do our weekly food buy. Arriving at the till[point, usually the staff knows us by now, so we greet friendly and have a bit of a chat, pay and go, not issues. Today however, the lady was new, could see she is stressed out, shed id not know the codes of most of the products, so she would keep on asking her fellow till operators for codes, and then we move on. Took a bit longer, but we understand, sometimes you are thrown in the deep end. Not on a month end Saturday though. No, no time for that. So we got to the last 3 items. Ginger, Gemsquash and Spring Onion. The lady asks for the code, No One Answers her. So she gets frustrated, and throws the ginger on the counter. I ask her, "sorry mam, thats my food, please dont throw it around". She appologises, I am happy. A white lady, I presumed was a manager walks past us, in a rush. I stop her and tell her "please just train your staff not to throw our food like that, as it is rude". She just nodds and runs off. No aoplogy, no asking what happened, nothing. Now still, no one is helping this poor lady with the codes. She then takes the 3 items, and leaves. No idea where too, we stand and wait. The white lady walks past again, just looks at us like we dont need to be there, no attendance, no asking if theres an issue, nothing. The till opperator returns after a while, still no code. I can see she is embarresed, and she is stressed. I see the white lady again, instructing a guy next to our checkout to please fully cover his nose with his mask. I mean, the mask was propably 2mm below his nose tip. Because thats the important issue here. She walks on again, stops, turns and stares at us, Yes, We are still standing here since the last time you walked past twice. So I call her, and teel her, this lady has been asking, running around for the codes, and no one is helping her!! She then tells this lady, very aggresively, while looking at me in a challenging way, "Just Give It To Them", and hands to us like its a bowl of sht! I then asked her, sorry, whats your name? It says Mariekie on the name badge. She then says, "Yes, and I am The Owner!". Wow. I told her I would not even say that if I were her. I would be ***ing ashamed. She never offered and excuse, appology, or just tried to engage with us. We were a nusance to her. The poor lady needs training oofcourse. She never even offered to help the lady. Just a "Give It To Them!". Is this how staff are treated? N Training. No helping when she is obviously feeling stressed and embarresed? Shame on You Mariekie!. It's not how you treat customers. Its not how you treat staff!!!! Its not her fault, its You! You were incompetent to deal with the situation. I did not want free stuff. I wanted to be treated like a customer, and I wanted you to appologise, help the lady, and we pay and go on our way. You are rude! You should not engage with people!
So I thought, let me get myself airpods. It's nice to excersize with, or if you just want to be in your own space for a bit. I researched, found a great great deal on Takealot.com, and where so excited to receive my package. It came, 2 weeks ago. Didn't work, doesn't charge. Send back, receive new one. Right pod doesnt work, send back, recieve new one, touch keys doen't work, send back, right one only works 5 minutes, send back! Takealittle advice, pull up your socks, you are not the only ones, there are many other stores. Now, deliveralot, I WANT EARPODS THAT WORKS!!!! TODAY!!! I am sick of your bull. Give me working earpods.
I have just phoned Galoot Willows in Pretoria, to ask why my email I have send on the 29th of July have not yet been responded to. The email was about business, I wanted to print shirts and wanted a quote. I asked the person on the phone if he thinks its maybe better if I go somewhere else so I can get some service. He then responded that I need to calm down and that I am rude. I asked how am I rude if I am asking about their lack of service. I asked to speak to the owner, who he said is Wynand. While handing the phone to Wynand, the person whom I spoke to, told Wynand "die bobbejaan kla oor n email wat hy glo lank terug gestuur het". Wow. I spoke to Wynand and asked if he agrees with this behaviour, and he said the person is also a director. He apologised, but when I said I dont except it, as calling someone a bobbejaan is extremely rude, and he then said "jy klink nie vir my lekker nie", and dropped the call. Amazing!

<p>I purchased a new Police watch from NWJ Woodlands PTA in the begining of December 2016. I noticed a day later that it either stops working or looses time. I unfortunately work in Botswana, so could only go back two weeks later to report this to the outlet. I dont want to get into the absolute bad service I got by a clearly racist lady (cant remember her name). But if she worked for me she would have been looking for new employement now.</p> <p>This however was fruitless, as the manager could not be found. My argumant was that the watch should be replaced as it is 2 weeks old, and not working, which the lady refused to do, and read me the terms and conditions at the back of the slip. I told her I would then rather contact the offices as I could see I am not getting anywhere with this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the call centre, unfortunately this was so long ago, I cant remember the person I spoke to's name, but a very friendly lady agreed that it should be replaced, as it is a brand new watch. She told me to go back to the store, and tell the manager that it should be replaced, and she will also inform the manager to replace it.</p> <p>I had to ask my girlfriend Christine to please return to the store, as I was now back in Botswana. She did, and was told by the manager that the call centre lady lied, and it can not be replaced. Yes, you are reading this correctly, brand new watch, has to be send to fix, and we are being send up and down like we are their employees.</p> <p>The watch have been with them since somewhere in January, and its now almost March, and I am still without my watch. Brand new watch. Worked for a day. HAs to be fixed for 2 Months. SO who is it? Police watches or NWJ? Who do we call useless? Yes I am a white male, yes I have worked hard for my money, gives you no reason to be racist towards me, nor to treat me like an employee, not gives you the right to think I can wait this long. I WANT MY F WATCH!!!!</p>
<p>It has been a month now, that I have not been able to play any online gaming on my PS4, even though I pay a subscription fee to do so, and obviously not mentioning the cost of the games. I also bought a season pass for the one game, and all that for nothing, as I can not play it, due to my account being locked. I have tried numerous times to get it resolved, emails, phone calls, but nothing!!!. CAn I go to court with this, as I believe my money that I pay monthly is being stolen by PSN, I am paying money and not recieving the service that the fee promisses. How does the CPA enforce this? This is really lousy and shocking service from PSN, I think I have to change brands immediately!! I want to be refunded all the money I have spend on this company. I am going to loose it with you!!!!!</p>
