This is a ****. You pay to get a list of all your subscriptions and then they tell you they don't deal with your bank. I immediately asked for a reund but have not heard back from them.

Outstanding service from Build It, Herm****
<p>After a frustrating day trying to buy building materials and paint in shops with no airconditioning (despite it being 36 degrees), insufficient staff and poor organisation, it was pure pleasure to walk into Build It Herm****. Not only was the store cool and pleasant to shop in, but there was a staff member waiting at the door to offer assistance. He handed me over to the very professional Damien in the paint section, who patiently helped me make up my mind aout what kind of paint to buy and then which exact shade.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expressed concern about my dog waiting for me in the car and they immediately invited me to bring her in. This was not only a kind move, but also made me relax enough to be able to browse the store and buy other items I would otherwise have left without.</p> <p> </p> <p>The cherry on top was that the eventual price I paid for top quality products was substantially lower than I had been quoted at the other building shops. Thank you Build It, Herm****. You have my shopping loyalty for sure.</p>

OUTstanding service from OUTsurance
<p>I received outstanding service from Outsurance today. My car suddenly developed a boiling over problem. I called Outsurance and they took over the problem from there. All I had to do was quote my ID number and they had all the rest of the details at their fingertips. Within about 40 minutes a tow truck arrived at my home to collect my car (despite the fact that I live miles away from anywhere) and tow it to the nearest Toyota workshop, half an hour away. Free of charge. Johan of Outsurance called twice to check that all was going according to plan. Thank you, Outsurance for superb service.</p>
