WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE. I have an ebucks account. I tried to use it only to discover that the card I have ( AND ONLY EVER HAD) had been cancelled and another card which I DO NOT HAVE, has some of my points. So all these years the card I have in my possession and have used to swipe for ebucks has been going into cyber space. According to Ebucks I cant retrieve those points. I didnt know it was cancelled, nor that the I had another Ebucks card. I asked that the two be joined, apparently that is not possible. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would say the same thing. I wanted to escalate it. I insisted and was put on hold. 15 MINUTES LATER I WAS CUT OFF. So now I have an unusable ebucks card in my possession and a non existent card (MIA) on the system. No mention of when or whom cancelled this card or why I have another one I dont know about. I asked her if I was talking to a machine. She just kept repeating over and over, its cancelled and nothing can be done. How very poor . Whats the point. Im better off with Standard bank or Nedbank.
what a nightmare! I bought a bed from the Bedstore in Dec 2012. I spent what I thought was a lot of money on a kingsize Cloud Nine Shatu bed. Its sagging so badly now I have chronic back ache. Basically the base is collapsing. It only has four legs instead of 6 and the slats are too wide to give adequate support. Hence the mattress sagging. It is out of guarantee, which is 2 years and the warrantee it seems is not worth the paper its printed on. They have offered to let me " upgrade" and buy a new bed. Why would I buy a bed from a company that sells ****py beds. They also sell Rest Assured and Strand mattress. I wouldn't trust any of their products. Poor bed, poor service
