We ordered clothes online in November, i received an sms to go and collect at mall of africa of which i did, only to discover that i still had 5 items missing, when i called i was told they knew about and it was going to still be delivered. After sending several emails to zaonlineshop@tgf.co.za we still have never received a response. Friday 12th December i received an sms saying my order is ready to collect, i only managed to go to mall of africa The fix today Monday 14th of December only to be told by the store manager that my order is not yet there....how is that for wasting each others time. They still dont respnd
I was hit from the back while we were in a traffic because Bidvest car had no brake pads, 18 Estern service road, Michael Ndaba ********** 060 gave me his details but when i call the office i am to there is no Micheal Ndaba. Portia Dlamini who is the manager does not respond. This is now such a big convenient its December time i want to travel. How does such a big company have cars without any brake pads. I have all the pictures and recording of the driver telling me his car failed because he drove from Swaziland without brakepads
The amount of money and business i lost because of this HB Web who promised me nothing but best service and i have nothing to show for it since 2017. Payment was made but we have no websites and he wants me to pay again
<p>For the past few days 5days i think been waking up to a nightmare, i get cut of my accoount i call the customer services i email proof of payments and i get connected. Same story again following day. I am so frustrated with this DSTV Multichoice. I want to scream right now</p>
