This is a continuation of my story…., Webuycars where so kind and supp**** me with a rental car ……. My car went in for repair. After two days a Mr Stefan or Steven le Roux gave me a call to let me know my car was ready and if I could come in and do a swop. He also said he would like to meet me. I returned the rental car to webuycars where Mr le Roux came to introduce himself and meet me. He was sincerely sorry and apologized for the incident. Just a thank you from my side to Brandon and Steven…….thanks for taking responsibility for your error, and fixing it. Hope you guys have a great year Kind Regards, Harry Anderson
I bought a vehicle about 4 weeks ago……..had to call to find out when my new plates would be ready. Finally got the ok to fetch them. Upon arrival the lady at the desk had no clue what to do or whom to ask to have my plates put on. After 20min of standing around she told me to take the car to the back ……there is a gate and I must say I am here to put my plates on. Upon arrival at the gate at the back of the building……the young man told me it’s not here and I should go back. I went back to the front desk. She clearly had NO clue. I decided to ask a couple of salesman if one could kindly help me. One young man volunteered and said he would take the the car to the back and have the plates put on. Upon his return…….my Dad and I saw the terrible rivet marks that had indented the car two inches away from the actual number plate. I obviously called the gentleman who I bought the car from and indicated the damage. He then promised they would need the car a day or two to fix the damage. What makes matters worse the plates were registered with the exact same number!!! If we had known that …….then there was no need to put plates on again with the identical number. tomorrow I have to go back to give my car in to be fixed…….. The experience was just horrible…….if you call the call centre for webuycars ……you might as well shoot yourself ……..it is just a horrible experience. You can not speak to a manager at the branch as your call gets screened……and webuycars will decide if they take your call. Let’s see what tomorrow brings
I was told that my monies from my living annuity would reflect in my account 22 December 2023 It was a blatant lie …..nothing reflects and their offices are now conveniently closed Horrible
Hi, Just to kindly inform all potential customers. Bradley who answers the phone at CMC is a blatant ****. I was promised a quote by Mario which never happened……although I kept on calling and was promised that Mario is busy with the quote it was a blatant lie… Do not do business with this establishment. I have lived all over Europe and The United States……….I have seriously NEVER come across a company that is so insufficient. It is disgusting 🤮 how they treat their clients …… no call backs when promised…… inefficient consultants……..calls get dropped. Issues don’t get resolved……..imagine working there!!!!!! I have no words but will make sure I tell everyone I can how terrible and insufficient this horrible company is……..by far the worst company in South Africa when it comes to client service!!!
