they gave me the wrong spare parts in December 2025, i returned it but they haven't refunded me to date 19 fen 2026
Mtn subcontracted Co called. Selling me a home router... I had recently bought a home router. I asked the difference bcos the person who called was saying the premiums were lower abt R200 lower. I asked the difference of which I was there isn't a difference, I asked more than once and the marketer insisted that there's no difference. I realised that the router had a lower speed than the one I have... Then I had to take it back this was within 7days. I went to Midlands mall to return it plus I called to cancel as I was required.. Then I received statements/invoice where I was charged more. I called and enquired why I was charged more. I was told its money for handling... Ive explained that I was **** to hence I don't deserve to be penalised hence I need my refund. Response was I had to b charged... Mtn inconvenienced me with a call waiting for the slower router and drove to Midlands mall I need my refund
I no longer use TV since on air ****, i wrote sabc tv licence, they say I did not use the right channel I was lectured about the right one and did as i was told. I paid balance that was due plus i wrote affidavit and sent it. Im still contacted told that Im obliged to pay for the licence beginning of 2025, I dont know why because i have explained that Im no longer using any tv. SABC is bullying me
Discovery wrote a response saying they will pay a refund for my enquiry I haven't received any refund. I have writen to them asking which account did they deposit the refund. There was a call I received where discovery person said someone from another department was going to call Im waiting for that call.
Discovery health has responded that they will refund me vitality contributions... I will await the actual action and write another review... Tx Hellopeter Discovery refunding will be a lesson to brokers they use, it's NB that brokers take into cognisant that some clients know what they are looking for and will not take other products in order to please the seller or marketer.
Onairtv called after review and I returned the decoder as per our agreement, they haven't called since as per their promise...
Discovery called me last week. The caller is insisting that I said I wanted vitality... At the same time he referred to the email they sent in December 2023 I checked it later that evening it was in the junk... Its a form that I must fill over and above the one I wrote on their online... I will fill in the details as required although he made it clear that I wanted vitality... I insist that Nomvuyo the broker knows the truth I'm sure they listened to the recording... If that wasn't the case why in 2024 they haven't shared the recording as they boldly say all calls are recorded.
Just want to thank hellopeter Absa wills refunded me on the 15March. Their response after review was showing how bored they are... Instead of refunding lowsy R115. 00 they were explaining legal processes to master's court... My question was... Why all the long anticipated processes instead of refunding me less than R200 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
In 2021 I took medical aid with discovery the broker advised and sold vitality and I explained that it wasn't going to help me from the list of the things they said I was going to benefit from. So she said they will give it to me for 3 months if I don't need it they will discontinue... I told her I won't need it after those months. So I stayed under impression that I didn't have vitality up until last year 2023 early in the year. I asked that they cancel it and refund me. Ever since then I've been calling emailing connecting through all their mediums in vain. The fist call I made I requested for the recording which I was promised by the broker because I was told the broker was responsible for my case. She gave me excuses saying her senior was going to help her get the recording. I need my money which was deducted for all those months from 2021 to 2023
Absa wills dept is resisting to refund me money for safe custody. I had to fill in the the forms to say I will keep my will and sign scan and email. After that I've written several emails requesting my refund in vain. Although I will keep my will I wanted Absa to be the executor, with this which is not happening for the first time I'm doubting their business.
