Absolute worst customer experience I've ever had. After taking delivery of a vehicle I was told the papers and spare key are not available. I was told it would be couriered to me to which I agreed. A week has passed and still nothing. The problem is that you cannot get hold of the sales person he ignores your calls. You send him WhatsApp after WhatsApp no response. I got the managers number same thing! Just doesn't answer his cellphone I'm told he doesn't have a landline. Got hold of him after numerous attempts he said he will call me back he is just busy. Till today never returned my call or is answering my calls. Got hold of the salesman yesterday finally he says the courier will be at my place around 2pm. Nothing arrived. Called him today after numerous attempts got through via the reception he says no they only collected it today. I didn't believe him and asked him to send me the tracking number and he agreed. Guess what he didn't bother to send it. I don't know what to do or who to speak to to have this simple issue resolved. Safe to say I will never do business with this dealership again and I will make sure to warn people about the service levels. I need to get this vehicle registered for business and they are literally making me lose money with their don't care non responsive attitude.

I purchased a vehicle at the gezina central branch. After broken promises and constant calling and pleading from my side. I drove with an expired license and paper plates for more than a week. Eventually I got very frustrated, I had to call them and kick up a major fuss they delivered it to me the same day. It took them a month after I purchased the vehicle to get it sorted out. I was also promised my spare key with the documents, to my surprise there was no spare key also delivered. Till to date they have not called me to sort this out. One of the guys working there even told me that these guys dont care about you after you buy the car, only when you start making a noise then they will do something. I am not even going to attempt to call them as its a lost cause, I want head office to intervene and get this sorted out asap.
Please be aware of FNB’s covid 19 “relief” product. It is nothing but a public facade so that they could say that they “helped” their clients during this pandemic. I applied for the covid 19 relief fund thinking that it will come in handy as a credit facility should I need access to extra funds as my income was brought to a standstill due to lockdown. Once the account was opened I tried to transfer some cash into my cheque account only to find out the money is not accessible. Upon inquiry i was told that I am unable to access the money and how this actually works is that FNB will use this covid relief funds to cover their own FNB related debit orders only. For example if you have a bond through them or a credit card then the installments for these products will be covered from the relief account. In essence they have given you a loan to pay only themselves and start charging interest on the full amount of the relief package even if it has not been used yet! The idiot at FNB who designed this should be fired! It is pure exploitation of people who find themselves in a vulnerable situation. In my case personally I had no FNB credit obligations except my credit card which I managed to pay myself, I didn’t require relief on that. I tried to close the covid fund and was told I need to pay back and amount of R1200, I enquired what is it for and was told that FNB was covering my monthly cheque account fee from the relief fund for 3 months which added to around R500 and the rest is interest! What a nefarious product, absolutely the worst type of person similar to ****** can design such rubbish. I am so disgusted with FNB, this pandemic has exposed them for what they are. Why couldnt FNB simply give a payment holiday on their products instead of this idiotic mess of a fund? Was it to look good like you doing something to help? Or perhaps a sinister plot to benefit off the peoples misfortune? The authorities seriously need to look into this oppenheimer plot. My home loan is with Standard bank and they simply gave me a payment holiday, they even extended it for another 3 months. Thats what you real help!
