It is a pity I did not consult Hellopeter before buying 4 new Bridgestone 256/70 x 16 Dueler tyres from HI-Q on the corner of Top and Atlas Road Boksburg. Within three days and 120km the left front tyre got punctured by a small piece of bone. I called HI-Q who informed me that the tyre is not under the 1-year free guarantee because the rim size is less than 16 inch. I must contact Bridgestone directly. What a waste of time, was told someone would contact me, four days later, nothing. Will not recommend this brand or HI-Q if you are looking for tyres

He is a chancer. Gave me a quote on paving that according to him would take a few hours to complete. He asked 70% deposit which I paid. It is now a week later and the job has not been done or the paving bricks delivered. He is full of stories and excuses. I am busy drawing up affidavit for a ***** case

Treated like a ********. I wear a base ball cap, and I was stopped and told to take off my cap or turn it 180 degrees and look like an idiot with a back-to-front cap. Meanwhile 2 youngsters wearing bucket hats with 360 degree brim come walking out. What stupid rule is this ? Or is it because I am white and the youngsters are black ? Received phone call (after hours) and offered a free gift. Then explained about a very good sounding policy. Next thing wanted my banking details, which I refused to give. Phoned the call centre this morning and was told it is standard procedure. Sorry PL you lost me as a potential client with your very risky standard procedure.
The online service is a complete waste of time. Never working
Got an e-mail that my account has been suspended, no reason given. Tried to appeal, suspension upheld and I am reffred to their guidline. Still no specific reason. Realy not a big loss in my life.
Took all my savings for Covid-19, even though this is supposed to be covered under the core PMB benefits. Poor / no feedback
