I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the prolonged delay in processing my withdrawal request. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, my payment is still pending authorization since mid-October. I have contacted your customer service department numerous times, and each time, I am given the same response: "I am sending it to be authorized now." This is completely unacceptable. I have also lodged a complaint on Hello Peter, but unfortunately, this has not expedited the resolution of my case. I demand my money to be released TODAY (05/NOV/2024)
I recently app**** for a withdrawal from Old Mutual and have been left highly dissatisfied with the process. Processed my application on the 4th of September, and despite completing my application, I now face a further 30-day wait before receiving the payout today 1st November. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when other corporations manage to complete payouts within 5 to 10 days. To make matters worse, there’s a complete lack of communication. I’ve attempted to follow up on the status of my application, but no one seems able to provide any clear answers. The inefficiency and lack of accountability displayed by Old Mutual staff in handling my request are concerning. It's disappointing that such a large financial institution is unable to streamline its processes or provide the level of service expected in these situations. Given this experience, I would hesitate to recommend Old Mutual to anyone who values efficiency.
We made payment on my account and after countless calls we still did not get our connection. I'm being told I'm behind on payment , however Ion my app there's no such thing.. My app shows R-0.00. My billings on the app don't show anything, I've requested for them to send me proof of what they're talking about, I'm still waiting WITH NO CONNECTION STILL
It's my second time on rain.. First attempt went really bad.. But giving it a second chance and so far so good
Ordered some stuff from Shein, and was delivered by Buffalo Kempton park.. and service and time frame was awesome... would recommend it.
Wrongful billing.. Since April, they billed me twice, I called asking for assistance, no one helped. I stopped using their sim.. they still billed me, I call asking for assistance, no help.. this is now in June. I call again end of July, asking for assistance, "they will call in 24hour, with issue resolved" I rest.. Today - 20 August 2022.. I'm tired.. their consultants are useless, their service is useless.. False advertising- I'm tired of rain.. useless network, service and your people are useless. Please cancel my subscription.

<p>So I bought a laptop at Dion wired and they suggested I join their on site extended warranty. I did exactly that, 1 year 9months later my laptop gives me a problem, i take it to them, they dont say anything to me after a month of waiting for my laptop to be fixes, they're now telling me that the warranty is for transportation and not for my product. </p>
