Car was towed to Richards Bay Renault early December 2023, been trying to call on daily basis, they are forever busy, they promised to call me back, they never call me back I so frustrated, I need my car to be fixed, NUB11184.
Millas Phikelele logged a claim in January 2022,he got a claim ref no:1779022..He is calling every day..been sent from pillar to post without any definite explanation..They keep on saying that they are waiting for the Bqnk confirmation One consultant told him to go to the bank to check if bank account is active... It seems as nobody knows of what is happening..we asked the consultant the turn around time for claims...the couldn't answer...call centre no that he have been calling..0861177775...not getting any joy Pls pay back peoples money..tel no 0762194173..pls call him and give rhe date for the money to be in his account I'd no:****265666086
Painful, Bad service, Not keeping promise Membership no:2863799203.. joined medical hospital plan in April 2017..never had a claim On the 14 May 2021 had a miscarriage, went to the Empangeni Garden Clinic to get help ,they called Affinity to get authorization, they sent a quote,Affinity confirmed that they can.pay only 50% of hospital quote, and I was not told that they pay 50 % for hospital bill..I couldn't afford the bill ,had to go back home with a critical condition..on.my way back home ..had a miscarriage at a fuel filling station ..This was the painful bad experience, I nearly died due to the Lies of Affinity Health I.want Affinity helth to Pay all my premiums back or give a an assurance that they will pay full hospital bill as I was promised I know calls are recorded..pls.pull out the call recorded..Was advised that I don't pay anything when being hospitalized... I am very disappointed And hurt..
<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>My car had a problem, it towed to your service centre, they did a car inspection, I was given a quote, company paid, car fixed as per quote, Technician (holding the name for now)phones me to say that the bill is going to be very high, I MUST TAKE OUT THE CARE FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE, THEY WILL GET PARTS AND FIX MY CAR OUTSIDE THE SERVICE CENTRE.</p> <p>I told him that I don’t have cash for that as my car maintenance card from my company, he said I must thing well because he will get parts from the service centre, and fix my car at cheaper rate-Cash, I declined his request.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its seems that they have changed the parts of my car, from the service centre they wheels are loos, there some funny noise at the car, the did not had any wheel problems</p> <p> </p> <p>I think they have changed my : SHOCKS MOUNTAIN,SHOCKS FRONT,BEARING FRONT,BALL JOINTS, I could not use the care as wheels are loose and noughts are loos, the car did not have the problem, I have taken my car to assessment, was advised of these problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am holding you company liable of the damage of my car, for your corrupt employees who changed the parts of my car, they did put my life at risk just for them to GET QUICK CASH, for the sake that they told me that they steal parts from service centre, I am convinced that they HAD A CUSTOMER WHO NEEDED THSES PARTS , THEY HAD TO EXCHANGE THE PARTS FROM MY CAR,</p> <p> </p> <p>Pls do further investigation, this is 1st escalation, and I am going to take it further..
