on the 17th October 2023 i have submitted a claim to this insurance company and at first i was told there was no contract under them by Erika du Preeze because id number was incorrect but my mobile number that im registered ith is correct. then after fixing the id number she sent an email to say she has escalated it to the underwriter on the same date and that i should wait for response with 24 hrs, the next day 18th october she asked if i have ever made an upgrade becuase she does not have the IMEI number on their records or if i have any other insurance besides them, which i responded NO, since i got the phone from claiming a lost phone. she then kept quite since then, from there on i keep send emails to check progress for my claim but she insists it is with the underwriter who were supposed to respond to me in 24 hrs. i am very upset with the service i am getting from them as i have been with the insurance for a long time.
I am so frustrated by this company not delivering my items on time,,,, this is the 2nd time,,, I am leaving to Limpopo on the 19th And will using the items there for an event. I'm sick and tire now BUFZA4111603329YQ
Refilwe is such a pathetic woman who lacks morals, she ran a 50% sale in the 1st July 2021, then extended further, i made a purchase on the 2nd July, confirmation email states items will be sent in 7 working day. Till this day i haven't heard from them. So i asked for my money back as Refilwe the owner bragged/shaded other clients that if they can't wait any longer they can ask for refund. I logged a refund call on the 22 July the customer service agent said it will be refunded in 7 working days untill now theres nothing. Im shicked at the reviews i see here cuz its exactly what im experiencing. So sad really... black market fail us always. Amd gives so much attitude to the same ppl who support them
Hi ordered on the 2nd April 2020, dring lockdown.... but the levels were eased, this company started to five updates on FB, what made me angry is that they were already adressing clients who paid betweenc15th and 30 April, when i inboxed asking about my order as it was paid ealier that the dates on fb, they started to make empty promises untill today, now all their contacts do not give feed back they just ignore my chats and calls, after 2 full months. I want my refund and wish this review and go far and wide. They are scammers and poorest service.
Thamsanqa is the worst Businessman with Bad Business ethics ever, we paid him 3 months ago and only sent one order out of the many we ordered from him three months later, same night one leg of the 3 seatee couch broke, we told him he said he will come fix it, to date he never came, he sent two guys to deliver base, ottoman and headboard, base did not manage to enter our bedroom, the guys left without dismentling it and then assemble it inside the bedroom, they promised to come next day, its two weeks now with no show, he then stopped answering his phone and not answering our texts. He is the so unprofessional and so dishonest, be warned with Thamsanqa and give business to Black owned businesses who gives you value for money and great service.
I'm so disappointed in the Dhl company for not delivering my parcel on time. I spoke to several agents already and was told different things. My parcel was supposed to arrive this morning after 9am as the last agent i spoke to yesterday afternoon said he has sent an email to have my parcel prioritised for delivery this morning but I went on the web to check on the status of the parcel then boom the parcel was sent to a wrong facility which is midrand and is meant to be sent back to the right destination. I called this morning and spoke to Thabani Moyo who said after the call I made he will call the airport to send to them and the have it delivered immediately. I'm so frustrated right now as I'm running a business which is supposed to boost out S.A economy in this difficult times. I have clients sitting on my neck to have their products. I paid for my shipment as well as the ridiculous tax amount and sent proof of payment the DHl but they I'm taken for ride and not be taken seriously. I want my parcel by 10am this morning!!!!!!
